I had the pleasure of staying at the "Fortune Select Grand Ridge" hotel recently, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff's warm and welcoming attitude set the tone for a fantastic stay.

The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The attention to detail in room amenities and cleanliness was impressive.

The dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I enjoyed a variety of delicious cuisines at their on-site restaurants. The quality of food and the service were top-notch.

The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained and a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The location was also convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional customer service. The staff was attentive, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The service provided at this hotel was top-notch, some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely helpful and anticipated needs before they became an issue. Siddhi Singh and Maya, who worked in the lobby, were especially kind and attentive.
Rooms were standard. TV was a little clunky to set up but the staff were very helpful.
Location could have been better, as the bus stand to get to Tirumala was a bit far away, and walkability near the hotel was poor. There are some decent places to eat nearby, at least, and the breakfast at the hotel was great.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the room service was impressively quick. They even helped me print my tickets hassle-free. The room offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and sunsets, making my stay truly memorable. Everything was impeccably clean and hygienic, both in the room and the washroom. Plus, the buffet breakfast had a delightful variety of food options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience!

Very nice hotel. Staff is super courteous and helpful. We as a family had come from US for Darshan and decided to stay downhill. The location is aptly located with just one flyover away from Alipiri gate. My daughter really enjoyed the stay here.

The breakfast was awesome. I was so impressed with the South Indian breakfast so much that I called the Chef Nandakumar out to congratulate him on his splendid cooking! Staying here again on my next stay !

Stayed at Fortune Select Grand Ridge, Tirupati for Turupati Balaji darshan and was attended there by Sidhi Singh. The hotel's luxurious amenities and attentive staff made for a comfortable and memorable experience. Perfect location for both darshan and spirituality, encapsulating the essence of Tirupati.

I stayed with family and enjoyed. The location is prime and easy accessible to temples. Thanks to Ms Sidhi Singh Rajput who assisted us very well. Best place to stay at Tirupati.

Me and my family came here after Tirumala Darshan. What tops the hotel experience is definitely the food, Lunch was authentic Andhra style food which was absolutely spicy, tasty and mouth watering we ate till we didn’t even have space to breath 😂 do make sure you go with an empty stomach to enjoy the delicacies! The desserts were all Indian sweets from south which were freshly made and delicious.

The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. The Wi-Fi connection was also stable and speed.

Last to top the experience is the hospitality of staff, without mentioning them, this review would be unfinished.
All of them were very friendly and welcoming, made us feel like we were in home. They made the experience there more enjoyable.

Had a great stay at Fortune . The room are clean and spacious . The Rainbow veg restaurant in hotel was very good . Breakfast buffet was good . Staff is very good specially Ms. Siddhi , Highly recommended this Hotel .

We had a great experience at this hotel. Staff is fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Gupta, Sudhakar, Pintu and the whole staff at the Zodiac restaurant were really great. Naik from housekeeping has been helpful too. It is slightly older hotel and shows the age. But, overall a great experience.

We stayed at Forture in Tirupati based on our past experience of staying at Fortune in other cities. Our stay so far has been extremely nice. Checkin, room service and the overall hospitality of the staff has been great so far.

We had dinner at the restaurant on the lobby level. The food is really good and the staff is very friendly and nice. Naresh who was our server was very accommodating of all our requests and needs. He made sure our dining experience was nothing short of excellent.

Highly recommend staying at Fortune.

Thought of trying something out of Taj this time, and Was very much satisfied with Fortune Grand - Definately it’s going to be my go to place from next Tirupathi trip.

1. staff behaviour and maintenance - Its 5/5 - Staff are very helpful, cleaning is of top notch
2. Transport service - 4/5 : Good and as per cost, It would be great if they add premium cars
3. Food & Restaurant service : 5/5 - Very very delicious and quality food . They have 2 restaurants and don’t miss the Thali in Lunch.
4. Spa - 1/5 - I didn’t like the spa service - This is just for name sake
5. Swimming pool maintenance is 5/5

The buffet dinner was awesome... A wide range of Indian and continental dishes served here.

Great hotel great rooms and beautiful ambience. The view from the room is great. The cost per night is 10K including breakfast. The service and staff behavior is very good.

Very expensive grand service is good and food also verey taste and all surroundings are clean and green 💚
