Hotel Serene Palace

Very good experience. Awesome chef(s) and the waiter was very friendly. Excellent food! Much much better than other restaurants in Port Blair. Don't know why this place is not prominent on the map. Managing chap and lady were very helpful and accommodating. Only feedback is that the AC emits a musty odor, probably because of the humid environment. Not sure if some maintenance is required.

I stayed here with my family from 9th to 10th Decemeber and then from 14th to 15th Dec. Both the times the service was excellent and so was the staff behavior. I forgot some of my luggage in the hotel when I checked out but they quickly got it delivered at the airport which shows the kind of hospitality and service they offer.

Good Infrastructure, well maintained rooms, facilities working, nice AC
Good Restaurant, Front office helpful, they even helped book sound and light show for Ross Island, economical.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Good wifi, air-conditioning and 24x7 hot water. The restaurant downstairs is decent and the staff is courteous. While the location is 10 minutes away from downtown, the super comfortable stay at a reasonable price is worth the extra 10 minute commute.

I stayed here during my portblair visit. Staff behaviour is very good. Very friendly hotel manager and staff. Rooms are clean. Food is also tasty and in reasonable price.

Though i didn't get the time to have a conversation with the staff and used their service and try their food but they were very co-operative throughout my stay.

Hotel Serene Palace was much more beyond my expectations.Rooms were very spacious and clean.Staffs were very friendly especially Mr.Saroj Roy, he was very quick at service. Food served was very tasty😋 Hotel is very near to Corbyn's Cove Beach and near to Airport also .We enjoyed our stay at Serene Palace.

This place is so amazing... And staff here is the best! The rooms look really premium and the site offers luxury stay at such a affordable price. We were looking out for a nice place to stay as most of the hotels in Port Blair are overpriced and somehow ended up visiting this hotel (thanks to google reviews) and it was the best decision we took that day. The receptionist Saroj Roy helped us throughout the stay over there. The best part is, the staff was so kind that they provided the breakfast even at 11AM.. very understanding people. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. We are a married couple and stayed there for 3 consecutive days. Thanks so much Serene Palace. You guys are just awesome 🙂

We stayed in 6 hotels in the Andaman Islands and this was by far the best. Great value for money. Friendly and efficient service. Fantastic room with a comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom. Highly recommended!

Serene Palace is one of the best hotels in terms of looks, hygiene, quality and service. They make sure the guest feels at home. I had trouble with my ferry booking so the owner Mr. Jose helped us with everything. He was very cooperative in clearing each of my doubts and suggesting things for my trip. He made sure i had a good time at his hotel.
It is best for people with low budget. The rates are mind blowing compared to services.
One should surely book at Serene if looking for high quality with low budget.

Rooms are in good condition. Central AC and central water heater facility. Located on main road. Breakfast is a la carte and it's good. We didn't try meals since options were limited. No bike rental nearby. Not much of sea view. Water bottles seal was broken.

It was the best hotel on my andaman trip. I didn't get the same experience in other hotels where the price was almost double. They have limited breakfast options but taste was extremely good. Chole Bhature was delicious.

Excellant hotel. Felt like home way from home. The staffs are very cooperative and ensure we enjoy the stay with them every moment. Food too was good. All the key tourism spots are close by. We arranged a package tour with them at a very cost effective price. Thanks to Mr. John who made our long planned trip a pleasant and memorable experience. Worth for money ..Strongly recommend..

We had a very peaceful and comfortable stay at Hotel Serene Palace. Mr.Nazeer was very soft spoken and helped us with all the doubts. The food from the restaurant was tasty. The staffs addressed our concerns immediately after being told. The room was neat and spacious. Accessibility to most places from the hotel was easy. Recommended👍🏼

Very good for stay. And its owner Mr. Jayesh is also of very good in nature and so his staff too.

Even I would like thank Jayesh and his staff ( Vaibhav, Saroj, Vignesh and others too) for making our stay so comfortable.

And I would say their MasterChef Vaibhav is the best cook in Andaman what I found after spending 7 days trip.

Serene Palace

Serene Palace accomodation is a new property. The rooms and amenity provided were spacious, well maintained and hygenic. The staff at the reception were professional and well mannered. The dining hall and food served both north and South North Indian were tasty and delecious. Staffs and chefs were highly motivated and experienced great job ! Over all Serene Palace is highly recommended to guests going to Port Blair for a pleasent stay.
