The person sitting on the cash counter, I don't know ..maybe he is the owner too...is so arrogant. He doesn't know how to behave with customers. Customers are just like God ..who feeds him.. I went to buy one water geyser there and after a selection a of my choice I asked him to give me some discount as I am a regular customer there. He rudely told me that there is no system of any bargaining there ..and when I asked him also that in online I am getting that product in a very cheap rate, then also I came here to buy from your shop. He badly misbehaved with me and told me to buy online then. Is this is the way to talk to your customers ?? First time in my life I got such a bad behavior. I left the shop without saying anything to him. I will never and ever visit this shop again in my life time. A owner who doesn't know how to behave with his customers is pathetic.

Very pathetic service. I brought an aquaguard from there and paid by cheque. Initially when the cheque was just deposited they informed that after the payment realization only they will deliver the machine, which is acceptable. 2 days later when the cheque got cashed in, 1st of all they are deliberately not picking up phone. When called them from different no, they said they will not deliver it,we have to go and take it. Even when we visited their store, they kept us waiting on the account the person billed is not in Guwahati, so despite of carrying a valid money receipt we have to wait for more days. Finally we outbursted and things started moving. Never going to buy anything from them ever and will advise my near ones also not to.

This store is horrible. The person sitting on cash counter doesn’t know how to behave with customers. I would recommend any other store than this.
