One of the best bank and staff, they took me out of an embarrassing moment.. given cheque to one of our supplier, at the time of clearance was short of 2-3k as my online business amount was not credited due to some issue. When i raised the issue to my bank they gave me credit and cleared the cheque. All thanks to Dinu, one of my amazing experience in federal bank. Great staff! Priority section manager, Ms. Viji Babu is a very kind lady. God bless her soul. My 83 year old grandmother went to the bank by herself to open a fixed deposit account and Viji madam personally walked her through the entire process.
