The hotel is very close to the airport. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth. The friendly smiles at the front desk, the prompt assistance from housekeeping, every interaction left a lasting impression.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was fabulous . It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had our meals.
Food was very delicious. Ms Saraswati was there to help us. She was very friendly.
Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

I had a very good experience while spending my leisure days with my family. Staffs were really helpful and cooperative. Juily Alias treated us so well. Her gesture and hospitality impressed everyone in my family. Looking forward for a visit again soon.

Loved the experience at TSG Grand. Location is near the airport. It's a sprawling property and rooms are good sized. The room service team members make the stay very pleasant esp. Meena who served us during our 1 night stay here.

Kitchen staff at Mehek were excellent and were supportive for infant food.

Great management by Swarup , Julee and Saraswati and the food was absolutely great! Would love to use the services of TSG group again . TSG Grand offers a delightful stay with its impeccable cleanliness and delicious food options. TSG is giving great service in entire Andaman our stay was in Neil as well as in Port Blair. Both the stay was exceptional. Staffs at the front desk are really nice, Ms.Juli at the restaurant was very kind enough to help us to get the food that we needed .

The Location, not far from the airport, neat & well maintained rooms, the ambience, interiors, the lovely sleeping Buddha... the calm & serene sitting Buddha with those beautiful stones near that was so good...

The housekeeping Staffs' SERVICES & the RESTAURANT staffs' SERVICES, the FRONT OFFICE staffs' hospitality & SERVICES too were BRILLIANT....

on the whole, had some MEMORABLE time during the 3 days of stay there....

The best hotel in Port Blair. I was there for 4 days and I loved staying there. The whole staff was Awesome, helpful & lovely to interact with. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever.

I lost my gold earring while bathing and I realized it when I was on the beach. I called the hotel receptionist and requested to find it for me. I was worried and then I got a call, they found it. Thanks Meena for finding my gold earring. ❤

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean with excellent service in where we had breakfast & dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The best thing about this hotel is they had variety of food options, you can have south indian as well as North Indian food.
Mr Swarup & Ms Juli was there to serve us Food. They both was very helping!

I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future and will recommend to my family & friends.

It was really a good and warm experience, especially when the house in staff are like Soumik. He has been very much welcoming and cooperative. People like him should be given good and more opportunities, he was so helpful and was always concerned about the every details, being its the food, stay or the clean up .

Julee Mainak Swarup and Umesh were extremely hospitable in their approach. Thanks for your service. Their breakfast buffet was sumptuous and had a large variety of options to choose from. Overall we had a pleasant stay in port Blair.
