I have purchased Ford freestyle titanium plus car from this showroom. As of now there is no negative point to highlight on this car. Its performance and driving experience is very good. Was driving from Chennai to Puthur last month, when my EcoSport broke down late evening, due to overheating (apparently due to coolant leak). Called Ford RSA, who ensured that the car was towed to the nearest Ford Service Station - Raja Sriram Ford.
Next morning, I received a call from the service center, from Mr Arumugham Balaji. He and his team figured out the problem and fixed it. They even took it for a long drive to make sure the issue doenst persist. Vehicle was delivered on time and even cleaned up to a sparkle.
