Rooms are larger than any 3 star or 4 star hotels. Well equipped & decorated. Food quality is too good. But yes, rate is bit high. But most appreciable thing is the behavior of the staff... too satisfactory.

Beautiful hotel and restaurant will all the facilities within. Rooms are clean, with fresh towels, clean washrooms. My room had a safe, an electric kettle, a mini fridge and basic things like tea coffee packs and soaps.

Enjoyed the visit to this place. Has all the facilities of a resort. Nice big rooms which can accommodate almost 10 people at a time. We went as a family and enjoyed parties in our own rooms. Small fridges which need maintenance. The restaurant needs to have a little more variety of food. The place has a spa and options of rooms. Quiet and has a 3 pools, gardens, boating, island and the list goes on.

It's a huge property located on the national highway, 25kms away from Jim Corbett National park. Rooms are neat and clean amd bigger in size. Food is very delicious, ample car parking. Staff is highly professional and friendly. Must visit

Very Very nice place for wedding ceremony. It has a huge ground or field for parties as well as restrau or auditorium type space for grand meetings and kitty parties. A lot of parking space available here. Service and staff is good. But front road is very messy due to construction of over bridge. Overall experience was awesome.

Huge property located on the main highway connecting Ramnagar and Kashipur. Rooms are big. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is very responsive. Food is delicious. Ample Parking area. Overall a recommended stay in Kashipur.

Best 3 star hotel in Kashipur. Near to railways. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. The behaviour of the staff is very very nice. Food is good also. The price is high but as compared to any other hotel it is quite good. Free parking, free internet connection ( wifi) is also available. So overall it is best hotel in Kashipur.

Last week I went to hotel Ananya Regency along with my family for dinner. It was really a great experience to have food at Ananya. As soon as we reached, restaurant manager personally came to us & managed a table for us. with in no time a waiter came to us & took the order. Food was served with in ten minutes of the order. Food quality was exceptionally high & I will give 10 marks out of 10. Both veg & non veg food preparation was just too good. Staff is very polite.

In addition, Jim Corbett national park is nearby.
Different types of functions are organised in this hotel such as marriage, reception, birthday and corporate events.
Moreover, this hotel is equipped with all the latest and required amenities. Its rooms are of big size and comfortable.
Furthermore, their food is very delicious. One can order food in his room or can eat in a common food lounge.
The staff is highly trained and polite.

Loved staying here as a tourist! The hotel wad very clean and safe. The service was excellent, And my laundry always came back clean and perfectly ironed. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic offering Indian, American, and Chinese cuisine. Easily the nicest hotel in kashipur!

Ananya residency kashipur is great hotel for stay. Rooms were comfortable with modern facilities like safe almirah sitting area. Washroom are fine. They have great toiletries but the water from shower were leaking. View from room is great. They have ample space for parking. Breakfast buffet was superb. There was everything in breakfast. Idely was great, as the oats.
