The best gym around this place. There is ample space inside and it is airy. There is enough room for doing your workouts. There is weight training as well as cardio workouts. The equipments are all well maintained. Special mention to the dedicated trainers. They are very welcoming and supportive. They provide proper directions for the exercise as well as the diet to be followed. Moreover they motivate you to push forward. It is the best place to start your fitness journey. Highly recommended.

All are very friendly, not exaggerating at all. Whenever and whatever I ask, I get good training from them. They organise various functions which are overwhelming!!!

I can assure you its one of the best gyms in town. I came there for an internship in NITC for a month. Highly recommended. I have been to many gyms and I got the best guidance from here. So, the price is reasonable.

Perfect gym..... Especially the trainers

The workouts are enjoyable and conducted by  experienced trainers. They provide feedback and appropriate corrections on time. It's a life changing experience and I would suggest this gym all day.

Nice gym recently renovated with new equipments. Isn't air conditioned but that's a small sacrifice looking at the pricing. The trainers are very friendly and the music is vibe.

Gym is good, equipment are great value for money, very motivational atmosphere, not tooo much crowded easy to occupy machines, maintained clean and good.

New world gym kattangal (near nit Calicut) is with good latest equipments and very very good trainer. Very neat gym. So much space available for work out.
