Their idea of business is so dull. 8 days back I had booked an appointment for my uncle with the visiting doctor, Mukut Debnath. Today I went to cancel the appointment as my uncle will not be able to make for the appointment tomorrow, but they said appointment cannot be cancelled and the money (₹500) cannot be refunded (not sure what they will do with that money)
I don't see any sense in that. I would never recommend any of my friends/relatives to avail any kind of service here.

Staff and the owner's behaviour is very bad.
They are very rude.
Worst pharmacy in the town

Some arrogant people who are apathetic toward patients and their families are running this business. They behave so badly with patients especially those who are illiterate and financially weaker than others.
