Taj Aravali Resort & Spa, Udaipur

I recently stayed at Taj Aravali, Udaipur and experienced absolute exceptional service.

we were captivated by the lush green surroundings and impeccable cleanliness of the property. The serene ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway.

I must commend the outstanding hospitality team at Taj Aravali. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure that we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. It was 1 night we had a stay here but the experience was amazing. The property is huge with spacious rooms and ample parking space. We had booked it online by directly contacting the property. Ms. Nidhi had assisted us in the whole process. She had carefully noted and taken care of all our requirements (early check-in and check-out, breakfast requirements, anniversary wish, everything she had already mentioned and instructed her team about it. By the time we visited the property everyone greeted us warmly. It has a folk cultural theme representing Rajasthani artwork. The whole staff was very co operative and very warmly. I would definitely love to visit again 🙂

From the courteous staff to the stunning room with its beauteous view of the lush Aravali range, made my stay extremely special. Also, the diverse culinary journey through the property's restaurants and bar was a feast for the senses, blending delicious flavours with aesthetic perfection.

Moreover, exceptional service at the beautiful property was epitomized by the outstanding receptionist, ‘LEOM’. From the moment we arrived, her warmth and meticulous attention to detail stood out. Her comprehensive description while escorting us to our room showcased a commitment to excellence that reflects the high standards of Taj. Even during our departure, her thoughtful gestures left a lasting impression.

The property, with its remarkable staff, has truly set the gold standard for hospitality!!

Good room facing mountain range with all kind of amenities with equally good interior. Location is very special overlooking Aravali mountain range away from hustle and bustle of city. Food is simply lipsmacking. In addition to this they have amazing service starting with a warm Welcome. Would like to mention about restaurant supervisor (Mohan). He offered such a good service with a personal touch. Overall a rich experience.

Beautiful place,rooms, landscaping. Very cooperative staff in restaurant. Big lounge area and view from outside lounge of cascading waterfalls and garden is beautiful. Not much view from rooms. Food could have been better. Multiple good venues for events.

We stayed at Taj Aravali and had a great experience at this hotel. The services at their restaurant were excellent. Both my husband and I were really liked the food and hospitality we received from the restaurant employees. Our special thanks to Gulshan, Neha, Bapan and Sanket at the restaurant for their outstanding services.

Without a doubt this property is the best to stay if you are in Udaipur and looking for an amazing n memorable stay. Reception staff welcomed us as soon as we stepped in, the checkin process for smooth and we were allotted a room on our preferred floor. The cleanliness, hygiene, linen, toiletries all were at top notch, no complaints at all. And the best part was the breakfast spread. The food was scrumptious, service was remarkably good.

Recently had a stay @Taj Aravalli & I must say it was a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful right from the entrance till Every little corner. Rooms are beautiful, well maintained and well equipped. The landscape is really nice.

It's the perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Best on all counts food service staff and natural ambience. Live to take a walk up and down the resort meet a few peacocks birds and if you are lucky can spot monkeys in frolic on top tree branches.

Great Place to Stay. I had visited recently with my family and we had stayed at Traditional Cottage. The location of the resort is in between the Aravali Ranges...Excellent location, views. The Rooms are very well cleaned and maintained and spacious in size. Service is up to the mark and as per standards of a 5 star hotel. Staff is very helpful and polite. They have electric golf carts inside property for transferring you from one place to another inside their property. Restaurant Tiri is great place to be. Food Quality, whether it may Lunch, Dinner or Breakfast is excellent and being Indian we like Indian Spices in our food...one will find same quality and taste of food there. The Restaurant Staff is also very polite and helpful. They have lot of trees and plantation throughout their entrie resort. They have Kids Zone and Play Area also. Overall if you want to relax and enjoy good peaceful time once do visit Taj Aravali Resort & Spa at Udaipur. I will definetly repeat the stay in near future!!! Excellent and Awesome Resort!!!

Just checked in at Taj Araveli resort. We are already in love with the service. Reception desk associates are very professional and flexible. Shukla made our check in process smooth. She worked with us and provided the BEST customer service :) I am absolutely stunned by her professionalism

We were on a Road journey from Pune to Gurgaon and we stayed here for a night.

The property is ravishingly beautiful and calms your soul down. We had few bitter experience while checking in process as it was too crowded during the time of our visit. We got a late check in and there were some disturbances during the night due to some other not so very civilised guests staying above our rooms.

Overall the staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Especially want to thank Rupa, Ishita from The Odeypore lounge where we were offered refreshing drinks and tidbits before our check in. The Ridegeview seemed so mesmerizing in the evening. Rupa made sure to add stars to our stay before we headed for our dinner. At Tiri we had dinner and Gulshan was extremely courteous to look after our needs and made sure we ate well. The F&B staff was active and amazingly helpful.

While checking out Kaustubh made sure to hear our experience and also was super super with how beautifully he made sure to bring us there again. Reema from Front desk is an example of Five star service and made sure that we were comfortable during our stay.

Staff is very amazing, just a request to Taj to make their reservation system more smooth and to ensure that people receive payment links to hold their booking and get automated confirmation instead of calling on for several days to get the same.

Worth visiting resort and extremely wonderful location between the hills. Dinner food was rich and exquisite in taste.

Words fail me when it comes to the Taj Aravalli. We were treated with a level of dignity and respect (true hospitality) that we hadn't experienced in any other hotel before! Our stay here for 3 nights was the highlight of our India trip, my only regret being we couldn't stay longer.

For us, it was the little things that Reema and so many others did that made our stay exceptional, like setting balloons up around the property just because we had kids, the incredible kindness and playfulness with our children from staff like Gulshan and others, the many offers of support and guidance at every turn during our stay. There is a level of genuineness here that shines through beyond regular professional hospitality, the staff here actively make you feel better about yourself - and there is no higher praise I can give then that.

In terms of the facilities, the room was spectacular and the grounds were beautiful. You can opt to laze by the pool, eat in three different restaurants or participate in the many activities on offer. Taj Aravalli has expertly found ways to include children with a broad range of activities that are beyond count, but the property is so expansive that there's enough room for kids, honeymooners, couples etc to enjoy without encroaching on one another.

The food was delicious, and the package we had (breakfast and one other major meal) is great value all round. I recommend you visit the other two restaurants, as the quality only improves at the Grill and Javitri restaurants.

Many people opt to stay around the Udaipur lakes when visiting, while understandable I think there's a layer of peace, beauty and hospitality you can't get anywhere else in Udaipur. We can't wait to return!

The rooms and their services are top most fantastic. I would say the location to reach the hotel is pathetic, ofcourse the property is amazing and they take the feedback really seriously as i prefer a clean and visible swimming pool, they took the challenge and did best though there are trees around the pool and that is a major issue for the swimming pool as their leaves will fall randomly during anytime and

I stayed at Taj with my family from Oct 25-28, 2023. Our experience was amazing, very friendly staff. From door man (Kamal and Suraj) to room service (Gunjan)to restaurant staff. I believe the restaurant staff member name was Aditi and Ishita. Room service made sure that I m satisfied and helped me accommodate a room with better view. Even a golf cart service members were polite and made sure I reached my room safely. I would definitely recommend to visit this resort at least once. Whoever I interacted with, were friendly.

Beautiful property, well kept rooms. Old world charm with all the amenities. It was a peaceful, relaxing stay. The one thing to point out is that it is difficult to get Uber there. I was stuck one morning due to this, however, the Duty Manager, Mr Rohit Srivastava, very graciously came to my rescue. He organised a car and turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Highly recommend, I look forward to coming back there one day and spending more time!

I had an outstanding experience at the Taj resort. The impeccable service provided by Mr. Amit at Tiri restaurant truly stood out. His attentiveness to our customized diet during our fasting and accommodation made dining a delightful experience. Additionally, I must commend Mr. Shantilal for his exemplary room services. The attention to detail and the seamless execution of his duties added immensely to the overall comfort of my stay. The Taj resort’s commitment to exceptional customer service, as demonstrated by these two individuals, has left a lasting positive impression on me.
