Recommended for people who are here for treatment and looking for clean rooms and good environment in a budget. I have also seen other hotels surrounding this one and i must say this one is the best. Every Staff’s behavior was also very pleasing. A Totally recommended place.

Before booking, I was in a dilemma that should I book the hotel or not, as number of negative reviews are there. After staying 5 days, let me share my experience in Vaibhab Residency, Vellore.
1. Could not understand, why guests mentioned that the behaviour of staffs are not good. My experience says different one & it is, their behaviour is good enough.
2. The location is 7-9 minutes walking from CMC main gate.
3. With the amount we are paying for room, it is good enough & with this amount, we can’t expect 5star rooms.
4. Hot water for bathing & tea/coffee making is available.
5. The only CONS I felt, management should think on change of bed sheets & towels by 2days in stead of 3.
I am happy staying in the hotel & in future if I come again, I will not hesitate to book room in the hotel.

Staff behaviour good, rooms are clean and big.Very close to hospital so easy to commute.

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Best facilities, proper hygiene, polite staff behaviour, all basic amenities available.

Very good hotel with best per day price rate for those who visit the CMC for medical check-up. Walking distance from CMC hospital. Neat and Clean with good hygiene maintain. All staffs are very good in behavior's.

Clean the room on daily basis, changing the bedsheet, towel, Hot water facility at bathroom etc.

Having a good terrace at roof top with a beautiful hills very nearer. Neat and clean, Good Seating arrangement to speat time with family, provision of drying washing cloth at sunlight.

Mr. Madhan - Manager at Vaibha Residency, seated in reception, a nice and helpful person, knows Hindi, English and local language. Nicely Guided about inside CMC procedures for 1st time those who are coming, and other personal purpose.

The rooms were clean,comfortable and the staffs were amazing .They all go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting cmc hospital. 👍

We took a 4 person ac room. It has 2 double bed.
The hotel is near cmc. It 5 min walk to cmc main campus.
The hotel has lift facility, very helpful for old people. Every floor has a common cooking space and a fridge. You can rent cooking utensils and gas from them. Every day the cleaning staff comes to clean your room. The bathroom are clean and you get hot water.
The hotel is totally covered by cctv so security is not a issue.
They don't have restaurant but there are lot of restaurants near by and you can order food from zomato as well.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I have stayed there for around 2 weeks. The staffs are well behaved and the hotel is clean & tidy. At a very reasonable price, very good place to stay. Patients who are coming for treatment at CMC, this place is in a very convenient location. Most of the staffs understand Hindi, Bengali & English.

Maintenance is really good. And service also nice. Customer behavior is super. CMC hospital patients safety and hygienic good. Rooms interior also is amazing look. Totally here house maintain and hygienic. A to Z facilities available. I recommend again again my friends and relatives curcle.

The reason why one should choose the hotel is because of the location. CMC, Hospital is 5-10mins walking distance. The rooms are neat and clean. The hotel doesn't provide food, breakfast or even tea. You need get those from outside. You can order food using swiggy. Overall I am impressed on booking room with 4 beds. The travel desk is also impressive. I hired car from Chennai airport and they did it perfectly.
