Bad experience with this pharmacy store when we reached for product change they doesnt change they say it is open or used.They were not listening to us.Owner was rude.That product is of no use for us also because we doesnt have the same bottle to apply that pigeon nipple.

It was not open it was given like this only u denied to take it back because it is of no use for us we dont have that bottle .Our first experience was very horrible to visit at your place to buy product.bad experience.

I went to purchase a Portable Nebulizer. First a sir is sitting at cash counter and he will murmur in between then after some time ,Mam from inside will come and ask what you want. I asked portable nebulizer, she gave me a packet and said it gets charged and works and again she went away. Now i asked employee how it works then again that uncle at cash counter starts murmuring in between even he will not come from his seat.
I said mam was saying that it will get charge and work but battery is not in pack where as it is written that it carries batteries.
Uncle again starts saying that Mam was saying different.
Then again Mam came from inside and said yes i was telling it will get charged.i said where are batteries , both said iwe do not know. I said ok let me know which batteries i have to put or give me i will purchase.Mam start arguing ,boss go to google and search how this machine wirks we are not here to tell you..i was an asthamatic patient and after so much discussion i felt uncomfortable.

I think they are some business person who have just open a chemist shop and hire some employees but do not know anything. I will suggest not to go their as they can also give u wrong medicine . We have appollo, Bimla, shree Ram,multiple medical store and just visit once and see how much comfortable they talk..they will treat you like a family because who so ever vusit medical store is a patient and not goes for sgopping.

This longmessage i have written so that these medical store owners should stop this business as this is for good persons whereas not only for making money...because god above is seeing all this thing.

Competition Pharmacy stores offers 15% or more discount on the MRP, but they still are on 05%, 07% and 10% category. please avoid buying from them.

Poor service...they supply near expiration medicines and the owner is very Rude & Defensive when asked to exchange them.
