A wonderful place to stay. It has a beautiful view which made me lost into the nature.

Value for money.

The host was soo supportive and treated me as his family person. He arranged a pickup and provided information on the local attractions. Delicious breakfast with different menu everyday. Wonderful room ambiance with all the amenities. The neighborhood is soo supportive for any queries. All this with a very low price. I really loved the stay.

I would absolutely want to return to this location and I would strongly suggest it.

I appreciate the host for being such a gracious.

Articularly clean and safe homestay..for short term or long...the room is clean and service may defer but the place is great..

This has been such a memorable stay. The hosts are extremely warm and helpful. They helped and guided me with all the local sightseeing. I would like to someday go back to visit Mizoram and stay at this place again.
P.S: I am a few months late in writing this, but I definitely wanted to write this review for the great hosts the family was.

I stayed two nights in Zobawm Homestay and find a Excellent place to stay in Aizawl.
The room was very spacious, clean with excellent view from balcony. All the basic facilities are available which are needed.The owner is very kind and helpful. I enjoyed excellent food & I would recommend to friends and will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay! Probably the best homestay in Aizawl. Well-known among locals too. The view is breathtaking - even better than the photos. There's a spacious balcony with a coffee table and bench overlooking the valley and the city for morning coffees and evening chill scenes. Stay is comfortable. The room is spacious and clean and well-equipped with a table and chairs, refrigerator, etc. The host, Mr Zothana, is helpful.

This is an extremely nice place to stay in Aizawl. The hosts of this home stay are extremely hospitable, helpful and would act as a valuable tour guide during your entire stay here. The breakfast is complementary and the food they serve you for lunch and dinner is delicious and home cooked by two ladies who also are extremely efficient in cooking . Both the standard and the Deluxe rooms have a huge balcony which would provide a mesmerizing view of the entire Aizawl city . The Deluxe rooms in addition also have an induction cooker and a kitchen with a sink, a refrigerator and sofa in the living room attached to the bedroom. Overall an excellent place to stay in Aizawl.

We had the most wonderful trip in this homestay. All types of facilities available including 24*7 hot water & also heater facility at no extra cost in deluxe room. All the 3 rooms had beautiful view and were extremely clean and cosy. The hosts were very friendly & we needed no additional tour guide because of this reason. They arranged a bonfire on New Year's Eve with lovely food music and we felt very welcomed & had a lovey evening as well. For a short trip with good weather,food, comfort and reasonable budget this is an ideal place.

I stayed at ZOBAWM for five days. Man it was wonderful. The view from the balcony both day and night is very beautiful. Very good hospitality from the host and his family. Since I was moving around I had the opportunity to have dinner there just once. It was very tasty and sufficient. Overall ZOBAWM is simply the best place I've stayed so far.

I never thought that there would be such a good place in Mizoram but I got it. It is really a nice place, I got each and every facility in this homestay. All the persons that lived there were very helpful and friendly, I feel that I am just in my own home as well as the thing I most liked was the food of the place. I really pray that God may bless them and they have a huge growth in there business.

A beautiful beautiful place. It was much better than I expected. I stayed here for four nights. Every morning, breakfast is served to your room and you can sip your morning cuppa looking at the mist-clad Aizawl city! It's beyond words. The room was clean, with chic, modern furniture. There was hot water in the washrooms and a fridge to stock your food/leftovers. I had dinner here and everything was so delicious. Above all, however, what I loved the most was the warm hospitality of my hosts. From the moment I arrived, they treated me like I was family. They took me to a nearby park the day before I left, took me on the scooty to book my sumo ticket and dropped me at the taxi station for my departure. In the end, I felt as if I was leaving my family. I'll be back soon.

This was an amazing homestay experience and Zuala and the family helped us so much. We were staying with a baby and their help and hospitality made all the difference in the world. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food they gave us were delicious. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. All of us found that this homestay was so much better than staying at a hotel. Thank you Zuala. You and the family were so kind and generous.

I recently visited Aizwal with my mother and stayed in ZOBAWM HOMESTAY.
The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The room was very comfortable with a mountain facing balcony which was a treat to our eyes.
They served us home cooked meals which was delicious . I felt like home during my entire stay and I hope to visit Aizwal soon! Totally worth it and highly recommended for a comfortable stay 💕

This was clearly one of the best homestays I've been to. Warm and cozy place, stunning views (they have a killer balcony), very accessible from the city, parking space, nice breakfast, totally affordable and a great and friendly host! Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend the place.

A very good place to live, the price is a little bit on the edge but the hospitality is so worth it. Their breakfast was beyond my expectations. And room 2 has some great view, mind my words!
