MSR is one of the Mother gym of Aizawl with experienced trainers and welcoming staff. The programs cater to all kinds of body goals. I joined the STRONG NATION session and it has helped improve my fitness goal MANIFOLD- Highly recommend 👍

I have been going to MSR gym for the last 5 years. They are very professional, have great facility, helpful trainers and friendly staff.. Wouldn’t think of joining anywhere else.
