on August 14, 2023 I had my annual service tune up done on my boiler and oil tank. Anthony T was my technician before he even started the job he asked if I had any concerns, I stated no. Anthony did bring one concern to my attention after completing the diagnostic test he realized the boiler had to be readjusted related to the carbon and air flow. I did make him aware that the system was about 4 or 5 years old and the technician that have came out before never mentioned anything about the setting be off. The service that Anthony provided is what I call customer service. HOP Energy should be proud to have a technician like you Anthony hopeful they can learn from you what customer service means. Customer service in my book does not mean taking any short cuts to get the job because upper management wants to meet a quote each month. Management needs to understand that customers come first and the service that is delivered from upper management should be the same as the service that is received from call center to those workers that go out into the home to provide service. Manage can learn a lot from Anthony T. Management always want to know would you refer friends or family to our company, my answer to that question would be once I see a company showing more dedication and standing behind what they believe in. Anthony you earned 5+ stars for a job well done. Hop Energy management you need to step up your game if you want 5+ stars from me.

Hello guys ....this side manas. A yr back i took the appointment of Dr.gujral sir and its been a good choice for me to do so. My teeth where jumbled and lots of cavity and bacteria invaded my mouth. After taking sir's appointment i have good alignment now and cavity free teeth. you can also visit the clinic and get the same experience. Sir is truely passionate about his work and also a very honest and humble person.....thanku sir . I'llalways be grateful 🙂
