Great Experience. I booked a Tata 407 for 15 KM. The driver was half an hour late but they only started the time once the driver arrived. Their basic package came with 3 hours of free time. I think that is more than sufficient to load/transport/unload your goods.

Pros:

No overcharging in name of extra KM/Hours.

Cons:
Customer care is reachable, but gets confused if asked detailed questions.
Vehicle confirmation happens very close to schedule time. (1-2 hours before). So there is always an uncertainty related to that. Would be great if we get confirmations in advance.
