My random window shopping visit to the Cycling Boutique Experience Center years back was an entrance into Bliss. Though I was first confused about the external appearance of the building as I couldn't recognise the building by appearance, stepping into Cycling Boutique was like entering a realm where passion for cycling danced in the air. The very walls seemed to echo the heartbeat of riders who have found solace and joy in the world of wheels.

The real passion for cycling is instantly evident in this meticulously envisioned project by Biju, who himself dedicated a major part of his life to cycling is great proof that this is driven by passion for cycling.

The engineering knowledge of the team is well versed and their knowledge of serious topics like BikeFit is amazingly highest grade.

People will have a real passion for carrying forward what their brainchild is extremely rare in today's world - Biju proves and makes cyclists proud. Very evident when you see fellow cyclists giving due respect on the shop floor. Had the opportunity to talk about this with many of them and they all affirm the genuine care offered at Cycling Boutique.

Great experience servicing my bike here. I was on the verge of selling of my 12 yr old Schwinn Sportera hybrid having not used it for long. But Biju's professional advice changed my mind. Now the bike looks almost new and I am back on my health and fitness trails again.

For all beginners and pro cyclist, if you haven't been to this place, you are missing a lot. The place is rightly called as experience centre, the owner of this place is a walking encyclopedia and very polite and courteous. Had a great time speaking to him. I was there to buy a cyclocomp and a multitool, got both. Also the place has got a very good collection of bikes and experienced staff. Give it a try.

I reached out to the good folks at cycling boutique over their website and subsequently through their WhatsApp support number for some guidance during the buying process. Their customer support was fantastic and I was able to lock-in and pickup the perfect hydration pack from hydrapak.
They were able to ship the product to me within Bangalore on a Sunday the same day as the order was placed. I think this is going above and beyond to serve the customer.
Their website has all kinds of cycling accesories and gives you easy access to some of the top brands.

Overall an amazing experience and the attention to detail by Mr Biju is what make it special.The best part is that they systematically evaluate the condition of each component and rate its condition.
This is followed by a detailed explanation of the service plan.
Now i feel like a bike nerd.

Worthy puchase spare part from cycling boutique. I have online many products from this store and received a valuable and original parts only.
Also, the best experience I learnt that was I made a mistake two times in choosing the spare part. But still I was able to return the same to the store and refund which gives me a chance to find the prefer product to other store.
For me Cycling Boutique is much better than Cyclop.

In cycling boutiques you will experience different buying experience from others. Mr Biju is well experienced and cyclist too, he knows and teaches you how to handle bikes and their components. When I bought my road bike he put us on trainer adjusted, corrected my peddling styles, postures and saddle height. This is not the first, earlier I bought my MTB he corrected missing geometry and the style. He is kind of a person I always try to reach on any kind questions I have on my bike and components.

Biju, the owner can be a bit busy as he manages most of the business by himself.

So I would suggest to be a little patient.

Most of the reviews that are negative seem to be from self entitled folks who are least interested in cycling and more into wasting people's time because I know the time and effort biju puts into catering to cyclists needs and requirements.

Pleasant experience. Went to pick up some spares and had a discussion with the owner about a small issue. He was quick to resolve it. Happy and will revisit.
