Nice place to have veg food in Thrissur … good ambience… A multi cuisine vegetarian restaurant…. Had dinner there and loved the food…

Update 1 : Visited for Breakfast and it was yummy, gee podi roast was top notch. Uttappam and Masala dosa was also very good, portion size was also good.

Especially this review for tea Kadai not Madhurai .you should try their,filter coffee,cold coffee and sev puri.

If you are a vegetarian, this is a place for you! Ambience, food and menu worth trying. Kashmiri Kulcha is must try here.

Good food. One of the best I have tasted. Mushroom tikka, Jalfrazi were really good. Very good staff. Ample parking.

Great atmosphere. A good place for a budget vegetarian date that will look classy and elegant. It's a spacious restaurant with very affordable menu. Their coffee and masala tea is really good. Urad dal vada is great. Ample parking. Great for snacks and south Indian food.

One of the best places in Thrissur for vegan food. You will get all types of South and North Indian food along with chinese and continental food - all pure veg. There is a parking lot, usually there is crowd for lunch and weekends. Chats are incredibly delicious. Price is a bit on higher end, still you can get assured quality and clean dining space.

Discovered Madurai only yesterday though I have travelled the road many times. Plenty of parking, nice seating, well tended rest rooms- one is immediately impressed! The menu is pretty vast (has "mini tiffin" which is a favourite of mine but had to settle for vadas and pongal since the belly was kind of half full already!) and the service is quick and efficient- it wasn't too busy at 10am. Doesn't have that 'Aarya's feel' which is ubiquitous in the highway restaurants. Will visit again for sure!

Tried tea and samosa. Both are excellent.

All the staffs are great here. They use less plastics. The bottles for water are made of glass. The food made here is the same as the traditional way of making it. The food tastes superb. Great quality and superb quantity. Ambient space . Has live music . Musics are played here are of Tamil and Malayalam languages. Pure vegetarian. Sauce and all other things are always available at the table. Everything is modern. It is different from all other restaurants in the area. Excellent restaurant. Always filled , sometimes you may need to wait.

This place is near Daya hospital. Easily visible while driving. i came here with my family for a vegetarian lunch. I'm a pure nonvegetarian & I love my meats- I rarely eat from pure veg restaurants but this place blew my mind. Food was so tasty that it made me forget meat n fish in general. loved the decor,seating n everything. genuinely polite staff & food is moderately priced too.
We had onion soup & mushroom soup- i loved both.
We had garlic naan with malai paneer kofta curry- yum yum yum. the curry is not at all spicy & is mildly sweet- i loved it. We also had Kashmiri pulao with pepper mushroom & gobi manchurian.. loved all 3 especially the gobi dish- it was yum yumm yummm.
We also ordered one meal- it comes with 8-9 side dishes, sambhar, pappadam & payasam including curd n rasam- a no nonsense standard veg meals.
I'll definetly visit this place for lunch next time i'm in thrissur & I suggest this place to everybody who wants to take their family to a hotel other than Akshaya,Poonkunnam😅

Delicious food, good tea and coffee available here. Separate tea stall “tea kadai” adjacent to the main restaurant for quick hot beverages and snacks. Plenty of parking available onsite.

The restaurant is popular and so busy most of the time. Expected to queue up during lunch/dinner hours.

Nice ambience. Hospitality . Good food. Madurai cuisine. Ambient space for parking. Bit costly. Typical Madurai delicacies are available like Jigarthanda.
Dosa items are very nice. Staffs are polite and very responsive. There is a Tea shop as an extension to the Hotel. Very rushy tea counter but surely a good place to be. Outside seats are arranged for the tea. Hotel also very spacious. Chat items are also available.

Being a veg foodie, you'll explore a lot of ve restaurants. Madurai Vegetarian is such a restaurant that you can enjoy with your family, lots of choices varying from south to north Indian, thay have chaats also, good food, nice atmosphere and humble service.
Overall I would recommend this place if you wanna have something which fulfills your cravings.

A great hotel for vegetarian people. U will get what u need for that moment. For the 2nd time We visited after a long drive. On my 1st visit i had snickers shake it was awesome the taste ia still in my mouth.😋 Earlier they used to provide a special madhurai drink (gigarthanda) which was awesome, now they have stopped that drink. Great quality & quantity. Atmosphere inside is also good. By evening there can be a crowd but u can place ur order b4 & seats are provided outside. Car parking available. Friendly staff

After eating the food and realising the bill, I was sure this restaurant is not just business but the owners honestly intend to give good food. Visit with ur family, and see their reaction to realize it. A must visit spot for all those who travel VIA Thrissur. Safe! The mini tifin is a magic plate, the items in it are made in ghee, tastes excellent..

Great place for dinner with family. Gud lighting and ambience, ample car parking space. The quantity is very high and it's not like typical hotels whr u pay high eat 1/3 of your stomach. Value for money as the quantity justifies..

Had good food and time. Food was good and ample parking space available. The restaurant also has Tea Kadai beside it.
