The food is value for money and the service is also excellent. But I am waiting for them to shift into bigger premises. And though I am not a fan of their ambience their food wants me to go back to them again and again.. recommendation - you should try their dosa with desi ghee..

Great South Indian food with quantity and located in proper market place.

I know this place from 3 years or more I guess. I was hungry I saw this place and went to eat here.. it's a complete South Indian package. The owner is a South Indian itself .the food is so yum.. I love panner Dosa , masala Dosa and mix uttpam , chilli idli , sambar bada nd all.
Just a list of my favorite things here.. I recently tried South thali . it's huge I couldn't not finish it . It's a much try though.. And I'm a big fan of lassi here . The interior is good .which was made 1 year ago . Must go place

If you are craving for authentic South Indian food then Shiv Karthik Restaurant in Sector 20 Panchkula is the place to go. It is situated opposite to Shiv Mandir in the market.
Food is yummy & service is excellent. Good thing about this place is they have an open kitchen setup which increases the authenticity of he restaurant as you can see the preparation in front of you.
The staff is well trained & hospitable. Jagdish is there star staff his photo is also published in review.

Pongal a special South Indian dish is also available at this place on Sunday for breakfast. Besides this you can get North Indian food too. Prices are reasonable.
They have partnered with online delivery services too.

Location wise if you are travelling from Delhi to Shimla you can take a halt as they are 500 meters away from the highway.

Nice place to have South Indian food. People are good here.
Try garlic podi dosa, Rasam, chowmin and coffee. Other items are good too. They serve lot of variety.

Love the food here. Idli's are so soft and both the chutneys are good In taste. Karthik restaurant is one of my favorite in Punjab. I travelled many places so if anyone come to chandigarh, Zirakpur Or panchkula must visit karthik restaurant for South Indian food.

This place serve really tasty South Indian food. I tried masala dosa, paper dosa and paneer uttapam over here. Sambhar was really good. The best item of this restaurant is there Butter milk. Damn it's so tasty I must say. It cost only 20 rs and the quantity is enough to fill your belly. Over all its a good place to visit

Authentic South Indian food,the place is situated in sec 20 market abd easy to locate. though the service was little late but it was worth the wait as quality is good. They also offer filter coffee which is must try after the food. We ordered idli dosa and vada and everything was cooked to perfection and served piping hot

It's an amazing place having varieties of dosa like sada (plain) dosa, masala dosa, Onion dosa, cheese dosa, Mysore dosa with many more South Indian dishes...I love this place... recommended for those who are really concerned about healthy and quality food...

Authentic SouthIndian Taste. Typically Middle Class Indians' restaurant. GENERALLY crowded but service very fast. Price is very much reasonable. Even non south indian dishes are also good in taste here such as noodles, Choley bhature. Cold coffee is also good. Try after reading menu but non south indian dishes are also good

Very good South Indian food at reasonable price. The hospitality from manager to staff is at its best. Good ambiance with good infrastructure will compelled to visit again n again

Authentic South Indian flavours with nominal price. I'm visiting this place since 2018 and it is still the same. Food tastes same, most of the staff is same, menu is almost same. They have recently added drinks and shakes in their menu. If you want a very basic family restaurant, pocket friendly its a good place to visit
