I wanted a Montra Downtown or Trance 2021 model; contacted Mak from Track and Trail Nagarbhaavi for over two months since January this year. Montra bicycles were out of stock throughout the country. Still, as soon as he restocked his inventory with two Trance Pro models, he immediately contacted me and reserved one. I got mine the next working day itself. I also insured my bicycle against theft on his suggestion. The whole buying experience was very smooth. I definitely recommend his store, especially if you are unsure about what you want to buy. Great hospitality, warm customer service by the owner and service advisor is knowledgeable about riding techniques in the city.

I have taken a Montra blues 1.1 from here. Originally I came for servicing my Hercules atom. The service was genuine. Among so many service mechanics who generally just clean and give the cycles, here I really had a quality service which made me trust Livenup in my next big investment. I am happy with blues, felt little discomfort with power breaks, I am sure it will be tuned for me when I visit them next time.

Very pleased by the service they offer. I had bought a Montra Backbeat from here 2 years ago and had never experienced any major defect, but when there was a problem in my bicycle, the friendly and cooperative staff resolved it and made it just like a new bicycle which I had purchased at first. I am Impressed by their service and their products !!!

I got two cycles from here. One a kids cycle and other one is a gift for my husband and my knowledge about cycles is bare minimum. Mac guided me peraonally throughout and made sure I get the right one. He suggests you on the basis of your requirement and height.
