Finally an affordable and good clinic around. Dr. Veronica is great physician. Very professional and she never ask for extra medical tests. Her reccomended medicines are effective. Other staff, nurses are also kind. Above all they know there job well

Didn't gave blood test report on time. Kept on delaying..Also didn't have any receipt of test.

We went for first aid. They were business minded and tried to charge lot of money by prescribing unnecessary tests.

The pharmacist who is also the main cashier was ridiculous with me today!!! He forced me to buy 10 tablets when I needed only lesser. His question was - what will I do with the remaining!! Being a clinic, is that what you ask a patient? To add to the woe, this man simply refused to give me the entire medicine and asked me to pick it from outside!! I cannot ensure that his stock is cleared!! He also refused to give me a bill, which I demanded and got it hand written.
Is this called attitude? We have plenty hospitals in Kaggadasapura. Disha is just one of them.

Took my husband to this nearby clinic as he was suffering from severe back pain and couldn't travel far to go to a good hospital. We called twice and confirmed that the doctor will be there by 7pm. We reached by 7.15 and waited for half an hour and left. They called us back numerous times as the doctor was available. We went back by 8.15 and they tell us that the doctor left. Patients who are very ill are expected to wait hours for the doctor, but doctors can't even wait a few mins for a patient who is coming. If they could call us many times to come back, couldn't they have called us as soon as the doctor left.

My bro visited here to test for thyroid, they took the blood and didnot give any bill asked to come tomorrow for collecting. When we went next day they asked to wait and after 15-20mins they did not respond and when asked told us to come bext day again and no receipt yet. Dont know what they are thinking, wd didnot even get report after a week. Worst experience for us at least in diagnostics centre. They are careless.

Hopeless place. . Indifferent staff and doctors. . Have no respect for others time. . Go only if you have all day to wait. . All doctors on call. ..will finish all of Bangalore rounds and come only if they feel like it. . Want to rate it 0.
