They have very good staff. Even if you come with no idea about what kind of bicycle to purchase, they will give a full guidance.
The customers will get free accessories (Mudguard, lock, bell and bottle holder) along with the package.
The servicing is also good. They provide 4-months free servicing from the start of purchase and a frame warranty of 2 years for steel frame and 5 years for alloy frame.

Had given my kids cycle for general servicing and to replace the training wheels. The staff was very polite and reassuring. Very friendly with kids as well.
