An excellent cycle store in heart of the city Bangalore/Murgeshpalya. I had an old cycle trek 4700 which was not in a great condition with some gears slipping.
A project was taken up to renew it into a modern drivetrain and condition.
Khan Bhai -(mech) and Richard(mech) have done an excellent job where entire disassembly was done and reassembly.

The crank ,rear, cassette, chain, Rear RD and a new paint job.

Thanks to the hardwork of team it turned out to be great.

Been cycling for quite a long time, and in multiple cities across India - this store is easily one of the best I've encountered. My cycle needed urgent repairs and service, and their extremely skilled technicians have basically made my bike brand new. I am a regular customer of Cycle World, Old Airport Road to buy components or to service two of my bike.

This time i visited to replace the crank, freewheel, RD and chain for my MTB. The technical team is very experienced that helped me choose the right product for ordering. They fixed it perfectly and the bike now feels very smooth to ride. They also have got a large collection of new bikes that includes kids, MTB, Hybrid and Roadies. This will be the perfect solution for all your bike needs and i highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Trek Marlin cycle from this store, and I was impressed by the exceptionally polite staff who patiently explained the differences between models, making my decision-making process smooth and informed. Their customer service greatly influenced my decision to buy from this store.

Staff were courteous and showed us different varieties of cycle available. They also explained advantages of each model. Infact, they offered trial ride for selected 2 cycles and we were able to finalize cycle on the same day. They have good service centre. Better to visit here if you are looking for good cycle.

They have of good range of cycle collection and staff is very helpful and tries to understand your requirements and suggest best cycles accordingly.
The service is also very good, I missed my 3 month service deadline by 3-4 days and they were okay with it which might be a problem at other stores.
They have a good collection of accessories also like mobile holder and seat cover are what i am using and totally satisfied with.
Only issue is you have to lift your cycle up a few stairs every time you go for minor services like even filling air in your tyre which.

I bought my first hybrid cycle here, the sales person helped me out and let me try out couple of bikes before helping me decide on one. Been using it for last 3 months and no problem so far. They have good collection of bikes from all ranges, types and will help you out to select the best one by your needs.

Pretty good service of my old Hero Octane 26. Timely delivery and good work done on the cycle. Saw their cycle collection for future purchase and they do have good alternatives for me to consider. Probably will revisit them soon and update the review based on future experience with them.

Great place for bicycle enthusiasts and the people who love the ride. Many models to choose from, they will walk you through a good bike for you. Service also is excellent. I had a good info on maintaining my bike healthy. Richard was so helpful.
