I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sanjay. I went for treatment for continuous pain in my lower leg and calf after running. He was friendly, and patient in understanding the problem, and explained everything very clearly. After attending the sessions and doing all the exercises, my leg is much better. I got gym induced injury and from last 2 months the trouble increased, basic activities like walking and sitting for longer periods seemed like a huge task.

Consulting Dr Sanjay he listened the case and done a thorough analysis to diagnose the root cause. I really appreciate the time and effort he invest on patients and explaining each step in the process. The muscle activation and exercises done over period of 3 weeks helped me alot.

I visited for Shoulder Injuries
Being a sports person got injured 2.5 years back .Due to some issues it took 1 year to get it operated didn't recover in initial 16 months post operation. Is been here for last 3 months .Recovery of shoulder is been well in these months .Gained full range of motion . Some sort of strength too is gained . What makes it unique is that they not only focus on the Physical aspect of injury but psychological aspect too which helps in the recovery process also . I had been treated at various rehabilitation clinic but this has been my best experience till now.

It’s very rare how doctors give you the full understanding of what you are going through before diving directly to the treatment. One of the best physiotherapists I've been too, helped me rehab my hamstring and did a lot of strengthening work with him as well. Going to this physio has helped my performance in cricket and I would highly recommend him and overall it was a great experience.

I have been suffereing from shoulder and knee pain since 2-3 Years . I don’t have enough words to thank Dr. Sanjay. I had had serious problems with my knees for almost two years before I approached him. I had seen other physiotherapists before but it hadn’t helped. The thought of being unable to perform regular life functions such as jogging, despite being in early 20s, had haunted me. But in the very first session, Dr. Sanjay made me believe that the problem can actually be cured with physiotherapy. The very first session showed results.

It’s hard to find someone who is so highly qualified, pays so much attention to your problem and puts in extra efforts to resolve the same. I was amazed to see his commitment and this inspired me and gave me the courage to deal with it.

During these sessions I realized that resolution of any injury or pain requires work at both physical and mental level. Most of the therapists don’t focus on the mental aspect. But he does and trust me, that really makes a lot of difference.

And the result was that I, who was not even able to walk properly, successfully participated in a 5km marathon run!! All thanks to him!

So I can vouch for it that he is definitely one of the best in this field. These things take time to heal, so we need to keep patience but be rest assured that this will give results.

Recently I have Visited For Rehab of ACL and MCL after Reconstructive Surgery... After Surgery I had Home Physio by some other Doctor...for 3 months and my range of motion of knee was merely 85 degree and i was not able to even climb stairs and only in mere 30 days of Treatment by Dr Sanjay and Team... I have got my strength back... I have ROM of 110 degree (With A screw in Knee causing Further Hindrance in ROM ).... Walking and climbing stairs as well...
