From my experience till now i can say that these are the builders who act promptly on any of our concerns and they are always fully committed to full fill their commitments.
This project is under construction still cleanliness of common areas and Garden are being maintained.

One of the best 2bhk project in Vadodara I have ever seen. Very spacious, good amenities, Good carpet area, allotted parking space, Good quality of construction, Road touch project etc. Perfect place for living as well as investment. Worth buying Value for money. Just love it....

I am a resident of the Aamrapali Resicom.
Construction Quality is very good and they are giving proper allotted Parking to each Unit Owners.
We are using lifts and all common aminities but still they are not charging single panny as a common meter Electricity bill and other maintanance expenses from ours.

Good twin bunglow concept, with smart utilisation of land and construction. Overall, area is under construction and few houses available for sale.
