Bank is in good location. Top to bottom employees are appears to be lazy, not only appearance, they are lazy, definitely lazy.

Today morning I went to bank regarding Mobil and net banking issue I tried to explain a lady my issue she more interested office gossip then my problem not aware of product are issues at 11 am manager is also not there I am sick of the attitude of that excutive so I went to main branch above bata showroom they solved the issues so mostly this branch have unprofessional peopl best for cash deposit only. If you have any issues don't waste time in this branch go to main branch.

I requested for unlocking the freezed amount in my account as someone mistakenly deposited in my account and asked for reverting it, for that they need me to visit the nearest branch and give them signed withdrawal form so that they will transfer back to the same account. It’s been so long but nothing happens yet and the amount is locked still. No one is responsible here and shared my personal number to that person who mistakenly sent me money.👎🏻

No response and faculties are not interacting with customers.only 3 staffs are managing the branch.
If any urgency transaction/info plaeae avodie to visti this branch.
