When I came here I was Covid Positive but the Doctors and medical staff looked after me very well. They cared for the smallest of things and made me feel comfortable.

I got treated excellently and got recovered from Covid within 10 days.

The room was also very nice and comfortable. Everything I needed was there for me.

SPM hospital proved to be an outstanding hospital that became a saving grace for my family during Covid. My father was detected of Covid and it was getting worse in the first 3-4 days and we wanted to make sure he is getting the best treatment. After a lot of research and looking through options, SPM was emerging as a natural choice. And yes, they did not disappoint at all. They have kept a clean and hygienic hospital at the time of pandemic, making sure attendants don't contract infection. My father was given good care and given immediate medicines according to protocol. It is a tough disease and hence it takes time and best part is that the staff updated me on his condition whenever I reached out. This seems to be lacking in so many different hospitals about the personal touch. I recommend this hospital to everyone in Kanpur.

Excellent behavior all staff

For me, they have given me second life after my covid battle. I was admitted to their ICU on 6th May and got dircharge after complete recovery on 13th May. The staff and doctors are very good and hard working. They kept communicating with me as well as my attendant. No miscommunication of any kind and i was made to feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Hospital is such a place that it will be either good or bad for any individual, depending on their case... But for me, they have been a blessing.

Also their TPA and billing departments are very helpful. They helped in the entire processing of my health insurance claim.

My self was a covid patient i came spm hospital for my treatment ,within ten days my reports had come negative and today I am going to discharge from the hospital it's only happen becuase of the great service of staff and doctors.The staff is too good timely they attended us giving medicine and food on time everything was perfect . Dr also comes twice a day.proper sanitization they are doing.all staff and Dr's is in ppe kit. Thank you so much spm hospital for taken out good care 🙏💐
