KV Paradise is great place for tourist, is opening time is 10 am & closing time is 4pm , Situated at a hilltop in Durtlang near Aizawl city,1st visit Mizoram & Mizoram 90 kms from Aizawl city. Howra to Mizoram distance is 471km , best way to booked railway ticket to Mizoram and the go to by car.

Well known as Mizo tajmahal located in Durtlang, Aizawl (few km away from city. This was built in the memory of Mrs. Rosangpuii Varte who died in a t road accident in 2001. Her footwear, wardrobe and photos are kept here , located in a beautiful location where one side you will see complete Panaromic view of hills ! Lovely place to spend for couples for a peaceful evening ! Salute to her husband who spend all his savings and time for this beautiful monument ❤❤!

As it is situated on durtlang hill, it gives you other side of the City View. Beautiful place! One of the most popular!

It's known as KV Paradise , located in durtlang area Aizawl , maintenance is not good , monument is not in good condition, Government should focus on such monuments, it looks like an abandoned place. Government of mijoram should do something for it to make it a tourist destination .

Though we reached at 1115 the gate was closed. Very serene and calm place and the building is unkempt from the outside.

Cool spot. Not too crowded so as to why you feel comfortable.

The KV Paradise is a memorial building which lies on the west side of Durtlang hill, an outskirt of Aizawl. The memorial building is made by Pu K. Chhawnṭhuama, (K which stands for Khawlhring clan) for her wife Lalsangpuii Varte, who passed away in a car accident in 2001. It was built to show the real love and in remembrance of her wife . The name KV stands for Khawlhring and Varte.

The beautiful mauseleum is spacious and have a great view of Aizawl city on the east side. The building is of three storeys. On the ground floor stands a huge photo of the wife and the wedding photos of the couples. The 2nd floor has a cabinet display of her clothes, including which she wear at the time of the accident. The third floor is a prayer room for the visitors.

You have to go through around 40 steps to enter the place. There is free parking place. The entry ticket is Rs 10 at the time of my visit.

Nice place to visit. A very wonderful view of whole town from this place. Clouds above the mountains look like lake over the mountain, best viewed during morning.

The best memorial place to visit in Mizoram.A memorial building built of marbles built by Mr. K. Chhawnthuama for his late wife.A very romantic place that has a view of a pretty sunsent and places around it.
