I am having account with many branches in Bangalore. All the branch managers are good. They are service oriented. I had to praise priyanka Manager of sadashivanagar. She is very friendly service oriented and very cooperative not only to me but to all customers whenever I visited the branch. I wish her all the best.

Regarding the customer care relationship officer and service is too good in Federal Bank. There is no hidden charges. Since its my current account, there is no minimum balance is required. Their internet banking and mobile app is excellent to use. I have called their customer care for the general query and its easy to connect with them.

I just love my banking experience here. The staff here is very helpful. I have been operating from the branch since they started the branch 5 years back. You can go ahead and open your account start all banking operations here without a second thought.
