Home center has lost its charm, this is what I felt when gone to the shop recently. Nobody to care , guide or support. Felt just like I am watching a museum!
When asked a sales person, he was in a hurry to attend some other case. But he never introduced another person and we were simply waiting blank.
We have bought a 7 pieces cookware found to be badly riveted at home.
When a made a call I have found no separate number for the store!
