Lakshmi Sweets

It's a casual as local as it's gets and hole in the wall gem of a authentic Kerala snacks and eatery. I came for BF at 8 am as things were still being prepared. Note: It's a take away place, but if you insist on eating, be sure to pick up a stainless place, rinse , eat what you want and then clean it also and put back on the bin. It's clean & neat and items are fresh tasty and you enjoy an experience of local dishes such as deep fried or roasted pathri, veg cutlet, of course idly-sambar-chutney , bonda, 'Uzhunnu vada' ( urad dal or medhu vada') , banana fritter, Go and explore the shop inside where they sell items such as fried strips jackfruit chips( Chakka Chippu n coconut oil MCT), samosa etc. Go early. People come and grab in qty exceeding 25 or 50. I think small shops to resell these. Local homestays also pickup their food here. Enjoy a local Thrissur Gem , it's right beside green books.

A small south Indian snacks corner with very good food quality and taste. You will find a small rush all the time in front of the shop. Pricing is on the cheaper side. You can't sit and enjoy your snacks as there is no seats or tables provided. Only negative is the machine cofee they are providing. No parking space is available even for two wheelers.

Always used to buy sweets, snacks like pazhampori, uzhunuvada, samosas from here. A good place to buy snacks like mixtures, chips, pakkavada, pickles, fryums etc... Curd vada is a special here. Also tea/coffee options available. Cash /card/upi payment option available. Only drawback is parking to be done along the roadside.

A very good place to get most of our favourite sweets, snacks and mouth watering pickles at reasonable rates.Also available are different "kondattams", hot coffee and tea as well. Just drop in and buy without much waste of time.

As a pregnant woman, i feel so happy to see that place. Oh god lots of nadan items and everything. Please visit once.

U get everything here from daily snacks to south Indian jalebis , barfi ,kerala chips and also other eateries like unniappam ,bhajji , parippu vada etc .A very good shop

Wonderful place. Am a regular customer for more than 15 years. Be it mixture, laddu and anything this is the gobto place for me. This is a supermarket on its own. Try their snacks like Samosa and Cutlet, you will go back for having that for sure...

Fresh eatables like Uzhunnu vada , parippu vada, vegitable cutlate , unniyappam , bonda, pazhampori etc are availabe. iIdli for breakfast can be taken from here. Sweets like different varieties of ladu , jelebi , mysorepack and aluva are supplied. Different varieties of chips are also available.

Samosa is ultimate, Ladoo just like Tirupati, Jilebi also good, also the Rice Alwa is super tasty
price is reasonable and worth buying it than getting it from all boasted expensive "Sri Krishna Sweets"
