Sri Durgaparaneshwari temple is located in the rural part of Mangalore. It is about 35 km from Mangalore city. Nearest city is Kinnigoli which is around 20 know away. Moodabidri is also around 20 km. Annual festival (jaatre) is in the month of February, starts on the day of Kumbha Sankraman. Navaratri is also celebrated on all nine days and vijaydashami.
