હું સુરેશ માલી ,
મારી ઉંમર 29 છે મને મેલીરેયા નામ નિ બીમારી હતી હું 7 ઓગસ્ટ ના રોજ દાખલ થયો હતો.
SSG hospital ના તમામ ડોક્ટર, નર્સ, અની સ્ટાફ એ મારી સાથે બવ સરસ રીતે મદદ અને મારી કેર કરી છે તે બદેલ હું સુરેશ માલી દિલ થી હું એમનો આભાર માનું છુ અહીંયા દરેક સુવિધા ટાઇમ પર આપી છે જમવાનું, દવા, નાસતો બવ સરસ રીતે મદદ કરવા તૈયાર છે અહીંયા. મને 12 August ના રોજ રજા મળી છે
Gujarat સરકાર નું પણ હું દિલ થી આભાર વ્યક્ત કરવામાં માગું છું જીવો એ બવ સરસ સુવિધા યો વડોદરા SSg HOSPTL માં આપી છે
