Had a wonderful experience here while picking up my new Hunter 350. The showroom staff here is so helpful and supportive. From the day I visited to just enquire about the bike to the test rides to the delivery…. Such an amazing experience.
The staff has become more of a friends during this journey of mine. Has heard out all my queries, questions and has patiently answered all of these😁.

Got my bike serviced for the first time, had an overall excellent experience. I dropped the bike with courteous security staff before service center opening time while going to office. Received a call from the manager, he enquired about service needs, agreed my request for a test ride and reverted again after a test ride. To confirm all is well and it is usual service, gave me details along with estimated cost. I received system automated SMS about all details, cost and process. Collected the bike in evening in a buffed up sparkling condition like a brand new one. Entire staff did their job well. Service Center Manager Mr Mahadev ji responded patiently to all queries of a new customer, me. Another staff explained to ride easy for 10-20 kms. I am going to purchase RE chain cleaner and lube cans as a kit next time. They handled my bike with utmost care, no sign of abuse. It rides quite smoothly now. The service center is behind the RE dealership which allows us to explore the accessories meanwhile as well and checkout new bikes. Location is prominent, Outer Ring Road, next to bus stand on either side.

Best place to get your bike serviced. Chief SA Mr. Hemaraj is very polite, helpful and quick in his response and gets the job done nicely. I had a few queries post-service and he took the time to politely explain and get them resolved.

Sairam is a very good service centre. They are very professional and supportive. I want to mention the help from Sunil and Hemraj here. My clutch plate was completely burnt due to an error from Koramangala service centre. Initially it was denied to be changed. I came to the Sairam service centre and told the entire history. What happened next is magic for me. Sairam raised the complain and all the parts has been replaced under warranty. Sunil and Hemraj thanks alot for being supportive and helping me.
