I had knee pain since 4-5 years and it was becoming uncomfortable and it was not able to walk without pain. It was impossible to use stairs as it was severe. Now, it's way better now as I can walk easily now, can use stairs and even started gym back.

I am consulting as needed now for further improvements.

It's been a pleasure to join Bounce Back right after my right knee ACL surgery. On the first day, I walked with the help of a knee brace and a walker, even though my knee could bend only 30 degrees. But now on the 10th day, I could walk without support, and my knee could bend fully. I'm thankful to Dr. Nisha for giving me the best treatment, she is the best physio in town.

I went to the clinic with multiple issues, Dr Nisha specifically planned a recovery plan for me and worked accordingly. My injuries had been going on for a long time.
There is no such thing as magic but Dr Nisha’s knowledge of the field and sheer hard work got my issues fixed.
She is a very polite person, listens patiently and answers kindly.
Dr Nisha even went out of her way to treat one of my issues. She is one of the best out there.

Came here first time when I Suffered herniated disc.
The pain was excruciating n horrible n I had lost hope of getting back to normal.

But Nisha mam.. handled me gently.. explained to me the issue clearly n told how much time it'll take.

She has a very gentle yet lovely nature n apart from this she's really good in job too.

That injuries 40% pain was gone on that same day n remaining went in the said time.

I would highly recommend therapy from Nisha mam whether it's a person of any age or from a normal to sports background.. she gently Fixes ask the issues in said time n is a happy to be around.

Dr. Madam Phaugat is a very good physiotherapist. She treats patients very well her knowledge is up to the marks.she is perfect in her job.

My recent visit was for a low back pain and also pain which was going down the both legs from buttocks i.e. sciatica. Having been to several doctors in the past for the same problem, I decided to take a treatment from Dr. Nisha Phaugat. In few sessions and armed with some home exercises, my back was so much better in a much shorter time than I had experienced previously. Her sessions for Physiotherapy are very much flexible with setting up the patient's session according to their schedule. I am happy with the service and treatment. I came to know about Bounce Back Physiotherapy clinic through Google reviews and now I am also one of those who is writing review. It's only because of the kind of treatment u get here. Both doctors are very soft spoken and extremely knowledgeable. I am feeling good since doctor worked on root cause of problem. Now i am almost pain free and working systematically, as suggested by doctor, to strengthen my muscles. Needful must visit once atleast and see the difference.

Excellent, well equipped, clean and tidy physiotherapy centre.
I was mesmerised by the knowledge, way of treatment and got to know how our body muscles attached , depend and coordinate with each other internally.

Dr. Nisha experience ,knowledge and esp. Patience is praisable along with her staff.
I am having serious lower back pain for a while and after consulting Dr. Nisha and going treatment(15-20 session) under her supervision, I recover within a month to a maximum intent.(approx 90%, as rest depend on exercise afterwards).

Just a advise.....Anyone going for physio, pls give some time to your treatment. Don't expect result within 2-3 days. Give quite a time and then reap reward.

Dr Nisha is very talented and was super efficient in dealing with my problem of having stiffness in the legs. After dealing with the problem for the past two years and seeing several physiotherapists I can now go through life relatively pain-free.
