Very good service.. have been a customer from last 5 years. And havent faced any issue. The owners and staff are very polite and respectful.

This is a perfect pharmacy for all age groups. The staff is absolutely professional and diligent while doing their job. If, by any chance, they don’t have a medicine which you want, they will still ensure to deliver it to you by procuring the same from some other pharmacy.
This has been one-stop shop for all my medical needs since last 1.5 years and would recommend to all folks residing in South City 1 and nearby areas.

This is genuinely one of the best pharmacies in Gurgaon. Extremely helpful, mostly have all medicines and other relative products in stock and the best bit is they deliver it in record time.

This is one of the most professional and accountable pharmacy in Gurgaon. From the past five years, I have relied on them and not a single time they have failed to deliver.

They are quick to understand your requirements and are very methodological. I remember I had burnt my hand very badly and I had no one to take care of me. But I needed only fee basic medicines. Most of the shops refused to send these medicines as it din not account to a large amount. But not south city pharmacy, and I fondly remembered, the person in charge said, humanity is more important to us.

They have relentlessly supported me numerous times. People are polite and speak to you very respectfully.

It was very difficult for me to get medicine as I was living alone when I was sick. To the rescue, this pharmacy delivered medicine at home. They have been really really helpful and have provided amazing services.

I couldn't save my father, but all medicines were available, sent on an urgent basis every time. Now that I am with my mother, the same process continues at two places, in South city and sector 28. In a time of crisis, South City pharmacy has risen to the occasion. I am eternally grateful and recommend it to each one of you.

When my family was struggling with covid, south city pharmacy and their staff members were like saviours.
We would have asked medicines to be delivered thrice in a day and they delivered them everytime.
They never charged our extra or overpriced anything. Most pharmacy were overcharging but south city pharmacy never did that. The staff is very humble and coordinated through WhatsApp because they knew we couldn't pick up calls. 🙏
Half our stress was relieved because we knew they would take care of the medicine.
