The complete team is pain

Pathetic service. They don't give a proper invoice when handing over clothes. And the staff does not know how to fold clothes. They state that clothes are pre-folded in their back office, cannot be changed at the collection / delivery point. Pathetically hilarious or hilariously pathetic ?

The worst customer care service ever. Most unprofessional handling of a customer’s needs and that too for someone who has been a loyal and long standing customer since over ten years. Especially the HongKong Bazar outlet handlers are beyond rude and irresponsible. What a shame that such a brilliant brand is now being run by people who have no clue on how to retain a customer. The customer care number is being handled by a lady who is worse than the team that she’s managing when it comes to addressing complaints. I hope they change their staff for someone who is worthy of being associated with a brand such as Guardini. Thoroughly saddened and disappointed that I have to give them such a strong feedback one day.
