I purchased my new car Honda Elevate. It was a good experience with them.
About the car-This week I purchased my new car-Honda Elevate, ZX, CVT. It is a wonderful car, technically advanced, fully loaded with features in an automatic car. Gives absolute comfort and so smooth you do not feel like you are driving.Truely Honda has taken full time in research to deliver an ultimate SUV.

Best Honda service center I ever visit."Costmer is King".you really feel here.staff is very dedicated and always trying to give there best.they are very punctual abt time.servies charges are low.waiting area is clean and air-cooled.staff is very humble n tacking proper care of your needs.I strongly recommend GOPINATH HONDA whenever you need.

Good space and the staff was supportive, my car got serviced and retuned on the same day in spite of the rush. The staff consulted with me before going ahead with any replacements and also advised me against unnecessary expenses which could wait !

It is one of the best Service Station of Honda Cars in the country. Out of the world service and superb positive attitude of all the people. I have been visiting them for close to 3 years and whenever I have gone, I have been welcomed with a smiling face by one and all. Bought my car here. Great buying experience. However had some issues Initially but later on resolved when complained to sales manager. Sales manager is very co-operative. Keeping fingers crossed for future experience. Upgraded ratings accordingly.

Awesome experiance of customer satisfaction. Mr harekishan was such a humble and help full. Even I reached there at their closing time, I had to go to Ahmedabad tonight and my horn broke. They took care of service and made it work. Thank you again Honda.

Excellent experience. I regularly get my Jazz serviced here & it has been hassle free experience.
But this review is more about our experience while we were in the process of buying a new car and Honda City was one of the contenders. Though we ended up buying another car, the experience was was fantastic. Mr. Yuvraj, was the sales executive who helped us in the process and is a great person. We reached the showroom near to closing time, but he never seemed to be in hurry. He showed us the car, explained about the car in great detail and answered our queries to our satisfaction.
When we asked for test drive, he didn't think twice and immediately agreed, despite the late hour. During the test drive, when I started turning back, he told me that I could take a longer route t have a better feel of the car and its features. After the test drive for the next week or so when he followed up with me, he was extremely polite and courteous. He was never pushy, which a lot of sales executives do and is irritating, but not Mr. Yuvraj.
Even when I informed him of my decision of selecting another car, he was extremely polite. Mr. Yuvraj is an asset to Gopinathji Honda.
In future I will always consider Gopinathji Honda for servicing my car or when I buy a new car.

Had a very good experience. Executive knows about products. They patiently listen and suggest according to your needs. Over all felt assured that I got a fair deal at this car dealer ship.

Their Sales team isn't quite right about the prices of Spare parts. They quoted me more than double price for a Part of Honda Jazz, which I got installed in Pune at a reasonable price.

The service as well insurance team was so good that it didn't even felt like talking to a company salesperson. Swapnil from insurance team was so calm & humble, he made sure that I get my car before the promised time and I did get that
Servicing was done on time and explained all the concerns in advance.
