It is Bishnoi Hindu temple of Guru Jambheshwar Bhagwan. It is a religious place. Really nice place.

This place is near to the bus stand and it is placed at very prime location.
Rooms are also very good. In winter you will get hot water and for summer AC is there.
No need to worry about dinner and lunch here kitchen is inside the bhawan.

Shri Guru Jambheshwar Bhawan/ Bishnoi Bhawan is run by Bishnoi Community as a charitable dharmshala/Inn.Any person can stay here by providing his or id details irrespective of his/ her caste or creed at a very nominal cost. Non AC room charges are 400 and for AC room charges are 600.Drinking Alcohol,using intoxication is strictly prohibited. No person is allowed if he or she is found under influence of liquor or intoxication. Meals and tea is provided free of cost to the visitors. Rooms are given, subject to the availability. Male visitors can stay in Dormitories and in hall also. Bedding is provided free of cost.

Have stayed here everytime I go to Chandigarh. This is one among budget hotels to stay in, rooms are neat & tidy and noise free. 3 star rooms in just 1 star rent. A beautiful architectural Jambheshwar Mandir is also a part of Jambheshwar Bhawan. Best place for Bishnois and others to stay in Tricity.
