Just had the most amazing time at Basundi!
Went there yesterday for their unlimited Gujarati thali, and I'm still drooling. 🤤 The place oozes authentic Gujarati vibes. The ambience is so on point, and the staff? Super friendly peeps who served up the love with every dish. 🍽💕 They made me feel right at home. The hospitality? Top-notch! 👏 Overall, an absolute blast of an experience. If you're a fan of Gujarati cuisine, Basundi is your jam. 10/10 would recommend for a hearty, delicious meal with all the cozy vibes. 🥘🎉

Amazing experience! Truly perfect gujrati food. Apt for lunch and even for dinner.
Their thali caters to people of all ages. From yummy desserts for kids to delectable snacks, chaat for youngsters to Puri, roti, sabzis of 5 types for adults to dal bhaat kadhi, soft khichdi for seniors.
The quality of the food is too notch. Everything is fresh, every single item because everyday the menu is different.
We went on a weekend for lunch and in just an hour of opening, the whole place was jam packed yet the service was so good, we didn't have to call the waiting staff even once, they were catering to us non stop. Their pricing is perfect for someone looking for all these things in just one thali. It's a steal deal.

Best gujarti thali here. Food came fast as soon as we sat down. All the food was nice and hot. We liked b the service. The manager was on his feet, asking us if all was good and got us whatever we needed. I would recommend this restaurant.

Visited Gujarati restaurant after a long time with lots of expectations and the place didn't disappoint at all! Loved the ambience. Yummy food. Amazing hospitality and lightning fast service. Basundi was not on the menu but when asked they happily prepared and served it complementary. The restaurant serves typical unlimited Gujarati food with 2 sweets and 3 farsan along with 4 curries and dal/kadhi and fulks/Puris Definitely recommend if you are looking for authentic Gujarati food. Will visit again for sure!

Basundi is only unlimited Gujarati thali restaurant near by harni road. But i must say it is serving one of the best tastes in this segment. And it's quite affordable in compare to Alkapuri area restaurants. Get ready to wait for more than one hour in festivals.

This is most probably the best authentic Gujarati Thali restaurant. Their "Thaali"s are very good and give you a complete taste of gujarati food. The food was very tasty and the thali was reasonably priced. The atmosphere was really good. The staff were really courteous.
I must recommend this place for Gujarati & Kathiyawadi cousins.

Nice Food, great taste, One star minus for the staff as they keep rushing to serve menus and came every min. Which sometimes irritates and customer is not able to enjoy the food quietly. Unlimited food but prices are high.

A very good place located near Vadodara airport, location is really good near to sangam char rasta also.
So, we went to @basundi_gujarati_thali for the lunch, as we entered the venue, we were welcomed to a ample spaced area with well decored views and timeless Gujarati proverbs with satire and life lessons. At the very start you get to see rustic style Chaat stores and for phography lovers, a Chhakdo.

Coming to food, they have an unlimited thali system with multiple sabjis, farsan, Roti, Puri and much more, I absolutely loved their Basundi (well its in the name!!) an Malpua! (no I don't have the sweet tooth, but they were well worth it!) Apart from these two I really appreciate how the balance between sweetness and spiciness was well maintained and it is a really good thing. Overall no issues with the food (Farsan was top notch!!! Samosas for the win!!).

To sum it up, @basundi_gujarati_thali has a great place to be! Staff is skilled, polite and quick acting. With that they're providing authentic in-house Gujarati food with love and passion. So if you like Gujarati food, add a new place to your list! You will like it!

Basundi is a nice restaurant for a full Gujarati meal. The ambience is traditional and lively. The service is super fast. The variety on the thali is very nice. The taste of the food is amazing. Everything from the snack till the sweet dish was delicious and fresh. I personally loved the mini Puran poli. A very nice place to go with family and enjoy a wholesome meal.

Love the test and the smile on the face who serves here. Everyone is happy to provide you with food, and you can see the joy on their face. They must try the Gujarati dal..always great...the sweet and farsan are different all time so can't tell you what you are going to eat, during my time i enjoy that also... the jain options are also available, so there is no issue of bringing any Jain person.
