This is not transportation business, it's rather a business of scamming people. I had to go through the following while transporting my car from Hyderabad to Delhi:
1. I was not provided GR for my car transportation, just a car condition form, which didn't even have the name of the transport on it. Which means they are transporting car in illegally (alongwith other cars from manufacturers without their knowledge).

2. 2 days after handing over my car, I receive a call that the transport vehicle has been stopped by the RTA authorities due to lack of transit insurance (these guys never asked for it in first place). They ask for 3k extra for that (telling they had to get insurance done immediately).

3. When I ask for copy of insurance, I am told they sent it directly to RTA through courier in a hurry. So no policy number even. I asked which insurer they used so I can check online, I was told the insurance was done on Trailer number not car number (wow). When I ask for trailer number, I am told why I am trying to be oversmart.

4. And the biggest one - I suddenly get a message on my phone about toll money deduction from my FAST TAG. Only on calling them I am told that they took the cars down at Palwal, and drove them 100km from Palwal to Gurgaon! If I hadn't looked at the text, they had no intent to inform.

Overall, it was a harassing experience to get my car transported through this highly unprofessional and unethical transport.

DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Very bad experience they promised to get my car on truck, instead they got it via road and didn’t even tell us! We got to know when we got the fastag debit message. After calling and confronting him he started making all sorts of excuses! God knows what all they used our car for! Never going to recommend to anyone ever!
