My husband Mr. Patel Pankaj was admitted for ACL surgery which was completed successfully, all the professional manner. After 2 months I decided to replace my nee.

My Mother was admitted for knee replacement surgery which was completed successfully, all the procedures were carried out in a very professional manner and the services in the hospital were also good. Overall very satisfied with the hospital, doctor and the staff.

This was my first visit to this Orthopedic Hospital in Vadodara
India (Baroda) and would like to say it was one of the best decision to go for treatment for my aunty (Masi) at this Hospital. The Customer Services have been utmost from Admission-Discharge process and Aftermath. Entire Hospital Staffs have been very helpful with their hospitality gestures along with Surgeons (Professor Bharat Mody, Dr Kshitij Mody, Dr Aashay, Dr Rao & Senior Consultant (Jigar Shah Sir). We had opted for Speciality Room and it was clean and perfect to stay fulltime with my aunt. Communications are very clear and if any doubts the team are always reachable 😊

There are recommendations that I thought to highlight in order to improve their services with meals for diabetic patients if the same option is not provided on daily basis for example; Dalia was given everyday (Lunch & Dinner), instead they can give Rotla (Various Millet Chappattis) with different vegetable curries since India has huge varieties of homegrown vegetables. Breakfast options can be tailored as well with inclusion of Cereal & Milk (I can understand cost can be a factor but to change diet)

Doctors visitation if they can spend a little more time with patient instead of a minute and half to see if any issues and how they are progressing. Housekeeping Bedsheets should be changed daily without fail and paitents should not request for this. I found that that there was no Wifi services in the hospital and upon asking was told there was issues in the building with some connections. (I believe an alternative option should be provided in this situations)

Cleanliness of the hospital is Up to Overseas standards in comparision to other hospitals in India. Overall this goes to entire staff and team in different departments within hospital- A Massive Thank You to Entire Welcare Family from Patel Family UK

Extremely beutiful & unmatched facility & ambience wise hospital is perhaps one of the best in Vadodaroa. OPD ward/ GRAND LUXIRIOUS ENTRANC/ Appeling Reception area/ Vari spacious rooms with all required useful gazet to help patient. / Very well cleaned at all the time) Minimum response time to help patient needs and so on. My mom , jagruti thakar , was admitted in the welcare hospital for knee replacement surgery and It was a pleasant experience.

The staff was friendly and forthcoming. The food in the canteen was delicious and affordable. The rooms were very clean and spacious with cabinets , beds and clean toilets. And well-equipped with medical supplies. Everyone checked-in from time to time and the comfort of the patient was their top priority.

The cashless procedure was fast and we did not face any red tape. The physiotherapy was done frequently and with utmost care and my mom,started walking ,with a walker, from the second day itself.It was like being taken care of by family members. I would recommend it to everyone.

We have been visiting the same hospital repeatedly and have always received excellent care from their well-trained staff and doctors. The hospital is always kept clean and tidy, and they follow a great tradition where Dr. Mody personally visits each patient every day to say hello and make them feel at ease. Although we faced a few initial difficulties, the doctors took care of everything within a few hours, and everything was under control thereafter.

I would say that all the nurses were very supportive and well-trained. Apart from the doctors and nurses, all other staff members, including the TPA, marketing, administrative, and related teams, were also well-trained. They gave us a homely feeling. We were here for five days, and my mother received the best treatment. We always recommend this hospital.
