Premium Lounge Vadodara Airport

Sagar and Vishal were great help and provided excellent service. Food by Kapil and Sundarlal was great.

Delicious food 🥘, very good environment, very polite Staff.

Lounge has improved tremendously after the lockdown. Now offering one meal option from the following
1) Veg Sandwich
2) Aloo Parantha
3) Pav Bhaji
4) Poha

And 1 drink like Coffee, tea or fresh lime per swipe. So swipe as many cards as you like to eat like a king ;) I tried pav bhaji and quite liked it but Poha was not good as it was too sweet to my liking. Service is quick.

There's nothing premium about this lounge. All they had on offer for breakfast was bread / toast, masala poha, tea, coffee and water. That's it!!
No fruits, cereals, pastries, cold drinks, savories, juice, Parathas. Nothing nothing nothing.
Premium? They must be kidding.
Place wasn't very clean either, neither the tables nor the floor.

I have been using premium lounges across India airports. This lounge after April 2021 brought lot of limitations to use credit card. Most of the cards they ask for is very less popular and pushing us to use their menu based billing.

Very limited food option available there also they accept very limited card.

Hygienic but Very limited breakfast options..only poha and sandwich. No juices or cold beverages. Staff was cordial and arranged for an omlett on my special request. Suggested to add beverages atleast

Not at all eligible to be a lounge.. only water, tea/coffee and sandwich are complimentary. Taste is really awkward. Avoid it and don't waste your complementary lounge access of your card..

This Premium lounge is not up to the mark of other Plaza Premium lounge situated in non metro cities. Ambiance is not a pleasurable. only thing I got tasty in premium lounge was a tea.

They don’t accept priority pass or best cards from many of the banks. They accept second best cards here though. Disappointing!!

The eligible card holders are offered only Masala poha ( no plain poha option) and sandwich which is lowest among various airport lounges. Premium lounge offers paratha, omlette on chargeable basis only. The Banks should review their arrangement with premium lounge. The lounge is charging Rs 300 for poha and rs 100 for tea from walk in customers.

Not worth your penny!

Wifi is disgusting, food is okayish however customer service is not that great. Even though the airport is operating, the staff will say that they have been working since early morning and cannot cater our needs, which is insane! Why would you pay $32 and get nothing?

I wouldn’t recommend going to this lounge as basic needs like Wifi (for international phone numbers), food is not provided.

If you ask to make a simple sandwich, the answer is NO as they are closing off the lounge an hour before their stipulated time. Wifi is so weak that it takes 15m to authenticate you. Save your time, money and energy by not going here.

Seems like videos cannot be shared else I would have done that!

Save your $$$ and carry something to eat plus an Indian Sim card so that you don’t have to deal with any issues.

Torn seats, only poha and sandwich in menu at 7am, even water was hidden and was given only on demand. Egg items were made to order by extra payment. Worst lounge ever. Would be better if vadodara didn't have any lounge at all

This lounge falls short of any premium standards. The breakfast options were limited to bread/toast, masala poha, tea, coffee, and water—nothing more. No fruits, cereals, pastries, cold drinks, savories, juice, or Parathas. Premium? They must be joking. Moreover, the cleanliness of the place was lacking; both the tables and the floor left much to be desired.

Only Buffet food is free which only contain 1paneer sabji and daal taste (0/5) smelling paneer any other thing is paid even after the lounge access through card.

Nothing premium about it. Probably one of the worst lounges in Indian airports. Only lunch buffet and cold sandwiches available at 5.30 pm - probably to save cost of serving snacks to customers at tea time. Very small lounge. High time that Vadodara passengers should expect at least a decent lounge.
