Ranjith Kumar the receptionist needs to be fired asap. Whoever is the ceo of this management is simply wasting customers time by hiring uneducated people.

These people don't understand hospitality business they think it's a butcher shop.

Customers bring money to the hotel not the other way around,every business is dependent on it's customer satisfaction and base. Just because you have cash and land doesn't mean you can show attitude and authority to people. This place will eventually go down in the future.

DR.UTham is 3000 times better than this place.

Food choices during Dinner time are limited to North Indian dishes alone. Being a family friendly Chain Hotel, Minerva should serve South Indian dishes too during Dinner hours.

I visited this place to have lunch with my family. The ambience is really cool and the food was awesome.

An elegant place. Had a pleasant stay. Contrary to the usual with all the hotels the food is great both taste and portion wise. The price can be considered reasonable. Just don't expect a view which is the same with any other hotel in Nellore.

It is a newly opened hotel. Comfortable rooms and hygienic bath rooms are available in this hotel. Restaurant food also good. Staff support is nice.i looking once again to visit the hotel again. i recommend the hotel for guests.. 😊

Tangidi kebabs and reshmi kebab is a must try in bluefox restaurant.

I had been in the hotel vr grand from 12 days for some official work in Nellore. I had such a great experience over here. The hotel ambiance is very good and clean also situated at the very nice location just opp. Govt hospital. The hospitality of the staff is very good. The owner Mr Veera R reddy is such a humble and polite man, he himself looked after all the guests.
The foods in the resturant is very delicious, hygienic and affordable.
Last but not the least I would recommend anyone who is looking for the hotel in nellore.

Unbelievably great stay experience. Great ambience, spacious imperial room and comforting room service.
We had asked for an extra bed, but by the time we went out and came back post dinner, a 3rd single cot and bed was ready. Generally they only give an extra mattress, but this was a pleasant surprise.
One thing which could have been better is additional lifts. Because, if there is an event in both convention halls, the lifts are always full, even though they have two (one near each hall).

If you are looking for neat rooms outside Nellore to stay for the night, then do not look beyond. The rooms are very neat and maintained by a family, so it's a very homely atmosphere. The approach road to the end is slightly bad but that's the only minor thing which shouldn't be an issue. Food is not offered by serviced by Swiggy and Zomato

Great interiors, superb service, absolutely delicious food! Have stayed here every time I have travelled to Nellore for work and don’t have any complaints from this hotel at all! Totally recommended!

Can't speak about the hotel rooms but the function hall is great. The food at the restaurant is of a good quality and the ambience is top notch.
Good place especially for corporate meetings.
Parking can be a bit of a hassle sometimes during rush hours.
