The view at sunset on the river is very nice. The road too is beautiful when seen from the overbridge connected the 2 parts of the park at dusk. Nice place for morning walk when entry is free.

Good place with open area and well maintained plants. play ground is small as compared to walking area over the park. If a person wants river side view this park is best.

It's a very nice place.A lot of people gather here for enjoyment People gather in morning and evening to do exercise and walking. An over bridge connects it to Shri Shankardev Udyan which is also a very nice place.

This is an amazing park.it opens from 6am to 9pm daily. It is an area of natural, semi-natural or planted space set aside for human enjoyment and recreation of human beings. Green spaces set aside for recreation inside it. This park consist of grassy areas, rocks, soil and trees, and other artifacts such as monuments , fountains , playground structures.It usually involves a low level of development, such as rustic picnic areas, benches and trails. Passive recreation typically requires little management and can be provided at very low costs.Parks are complex elements of a city. They can serve scores of different uses, may be specialized in their function, or can simply provide visual appeal for residents. However they work, they act to define the shape and feel of a city and its neighborhoods. They also function as a conscious tool for revitalization. Community engagement is the process of working collaboratively with individuals and groups to achieve specific goals. For parks and open spaces, community engagement allows mayors and public officials to directly involve their constituencies in the ongoing design, planning and management of these resources. This process results in informed and engaged residents that feel better connected to their communities. Just as growing communities need to upgrade and expand their built infrastructure of roads, sewers, and utilities, they also need to upgrade and expand their green infrastructure, the interconnected system of green spaces that conserves natural ecosystem values and functions, sustains clear air and water, and provides a wide array of benefits to people and wildlife. Environment is clean and green . And the park is known for the cleanliness and support . Its amazing . Inside the park we can play cricket as well. The view from the top of the park is soo amazing . Also the laws here are strict but not so much. People love coming here .

This beautiful park on the banks of River Brahmaputra is an excellent place for morning walks in fresh air and evening walks with cool breeze. Just across the street is the children's park with swings, slides and small mary-go-rounds. It has a paid entry and both the parks are joined by a most grand over bridge. It is a view to behold.

A very good park to roam and enjoy. Amazing place to spend time with your loved ones, no food counter or restraunt inside, Entry fee: 20 per person(adult), lots of artifacts and the view of the mighty Brahmaputra is amazing, great place........

One of the beautiful park in Guwahati city for recreation , located on the bank of Brahmaputra.. Go for morning walks , gates are open for public for free till 8am after that they charge a minimum fee . You can sit the whole day and enjoy the beautiful sunset

One of the best parks in the heart of the city and in the banks of mighty Brahmaputra in Bharulumukh area. One can visit this park for morning walk, evening walk and children can have fun in the sliders and take advantage of other recreational facilities.

Once upon a time this is one and only park of Guwahati. It was a beautiful park than but gradually the park lost its charm due to poor maintainece. Spend good times in this park in childhood.

If it's cleaned more both inside and the surroundings, the park would be beloved more!
