Shankardev Park

Good for kids under age group of 4-8. The authorities have taken good care of the cleanliness of the park but some of the slides and swings are in very bad condition and needs replacement.

It's too good for morning and evening visit.. Morning for waking warm up and evening like park for couples children.. I went this place for photography and also in the bank river Brahmaputra. It has amazing view point evening.

The newly cleared and beutified parts of the park are really a good place to refresh your mind. Mornings are the best time to enjoy the cool breeze and the awesome veiw of the mighty Bhrahmaputra.

The morning view of brahmaputra is amazing with the bridge construction underway.. Fresh air..few come for jogging.. Children can have fun n play at the park...

if you are disturbed mentally.. visit this kind of place.. rich in nature and fresh air from the river Brahmaputra will relax your mind.

and do remember you have to pay 20 INR for the entry ticket and 10 INR for bike parking ..

so it's not FREE

Very nice place. People can come here early in the morning for walk and exercise. The place is also good for clicking photographs.

It's a great full place

A cool and scenic place, with the Mighty Brahmaputra on one side and the Fancy bazaar on the other. A place to look forward to, if you are too tired after shopping and want a place to relax. Evenings here are quiet fascinating, to watch the sun disappear into the waves of the Brahmaputra is such an ecstatic feeling for any nature lover.
