It was quite nice branch when i visited.. I was there to deposit someone's cheque... Bt one thing I noticed they dont have cheque machine..The cheque deposition is still manually.. There is no problem in it bt it should be there so that it will be more convenient and timely done job.. Overall good..

Hello sir I am Mukesh speaking and I wasted my whole day today by going to Bank of India.okhla sme branch Sir, I had a small work to get my account opened but today my account could not be opened and my whole day was wasted while I kept waiting from 12:00 to 4:00 to open my account in their bank.

It's my compulsion to hit atleast 1 star. But i genuinely don't recommend this unorganised and foolish staff bank. They don't have manners how to talk and treat to customers. I'm surprised that how they even got this position. And somewhere i feel the fault of boi management team. They need to look into these issues. Otherwise soon this bank particularly Okhla branch would be empty like their staff's brains. Wonder they even have brain...
