Highly recommended, we had hired a car for 4 days. Communication was prompt via call and WhatsApp. The first car had an issue causing it to stall but it was promptly replaced with another one. We had opted for drop off at the airport, even though I arrived 2 hours earlier than the scheduled time, the guy who was to pick up the car made sure to arrive early so we didn't have to wait !
I'd definitely hire a car from here when visiting Kochi next time !

Rented a Thar 4x4 for 6 days to drive around Kerala - great service from Tranzcars team, especially Alan!
The car was in perfect condition and just the vehicle for the job.

The entire booking process was extremely smooth. The team was professional in all touch points. All the prices and conditions were transparent. The car delivered was well maintained and clean. Special Thanks to Mr Vinod for helping us out to get local SIM card. Would highly recommend their services to all.

The car I got was very well maintained and clean.
More than the car I liked the customer care personnel, the drop and pickup drivers, extremely polite and on time pickup /drop.
Had an issue with their pickup and drop charges as it was not very evident in their invoice or in website while online booking, but they promised that they will fix the website.
Other than this minor issue, I am happy with their services, and will return again.

The process was smooth, the deposit money takes 2 days to get back to you because the traffic violation tickets gets updated after 2 days. Rented 2 cars, roamed Cochin and Alappuzha.I would highly recommend them .Many thanks

I took a Volkswagen polo from kochin airport. The pick up was mostly smooth, although u had to keep on top of it by contacting them, if everything was ready. The car was in good condition and served well during the trip. The drop off was also smooth. Got my deposit in 3 days. The customer service through out was great although there is some effort involved to get your message conveyed.

I am using service of Tranz Car for 1 year and very happy for such a facility available in Kerala. The car condition are good and customer service is excellent. Ease of reaching them over whatsapp.

One issue noticed is that online site car options are not shown full while they have more options which can get thru whatsapp

I researched for months before the travel since I was travelling with my parents and going with Tranzcars was an Excellent choice
Tranzcars service was seamless and wonderful.
I got a Honda BR-V and it was a well-maintained, powerful car.
They took my flight details and tracked my flight and called me as soon as I landed to let me know that they're waiting outside the terminal.
15-20 mins documentation and I was already on my way.
Travelled more than 430kms in 4 days and the car didn't give me any trouble at all.
Tranzcars employees were always available on call for any help.
They were waiting at the departure even before I reached and the exit protocol took less than 5 mins.
I got my deposit back immediately.
Absolutely loved their services and will be recommending it to all my friends and will definitely use it again when I visit Kerala.

After calling many car rentals places I finally decided to try Tranz Cars. It was a very good decision. They were extremely efficient and accommodating with regards to the procedures and paperwork. Dealing with Mr. Sundeep and the other staff was very enjoyable. Reasonable pricing and good variety of Manual and automatic cars. The car I chose was in good condition and very clean. No issues for the duration of my rental. When I returned the car my deposit was promptly returned after the car was inspected. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an affordable car rental experience along with a hassle free experience.

I rented a Innova Crysta from tranzcars from 22nd December to 6th january 2024. The car had run around 90,000 kms but the way the car was maintained it felt like I was driving a brand new car. Their prompt service while handing over the car and while taking back the car from Airport was commendable. Really loved the service from all the staff .Especially RASHMI she is very polite and dealing also very well .to the logistics team who coordinated with me for the car...Keep up the good work....

I have been renting cars from Tranz Cars for a while. I used to use a different service every time I travelled to Kerala till I found these guys. The cars are always clean and fresh. They are serviced regularly, even the cheaper cars. I've taken 3-4 cars on rent from them till now and have always got great service and rates. The pick and drop service they offer for the airport works perfectly for me (This is extra). The team is professional and polite. This goes for every single person from their team I have interacted with. They are all proficient in English along with Malayalam so language is never a barrier. Oh..and the refund process for the security amount is smooth..within 24 hrs.

To start with: We suddenly planned to visit Kerela and my destination location were as below

Flight from Mumbai to Cochin>>Hire a car and self drive to Munnar(2 nights)>>Munnar to Thekkady (1 night ) Thekkady to Alleppey (1 night ) Alleppey to Cochin (1 night ) Next day board flight and back home

So this was the first time we were traveling to Kerela and I wanted to make sure we explore the beautiful and scenic view by ourself instead of hiring a experienced driver/tour guide. So my plan was to opt a rented car and self drive it. Now hiring a car from a unknown city was bit challenging. Wanted to be sure that I don't waste my time in the process to get a car, also trusting any company was a big factor as you have to pay deposit amount which needs to be refunded at the end of your trip.Hence I did some research and found 1 site and contacted them but after talking I was not feeling sure if the service will be hassle free or not.

Reason: They informed that I will have to pay full amount of car rent and deposit will be refunded after 1 week after end of your trip. I was very uncomfortable with this option as I was not sure that I will get the deposit amount on time hence I checked reviews from there website and saw that customers are following up even after months of there trip and still they are waiting for the deposit amount 😂 I was feeling great with my decision to drop them.

Further I contacted Amber Dale Hotel Munnar as our 1st day stay was at this Hotel. They suggested to contact Tranzcars

After I contacted Tranzcars for enquiry they informed me that someone from there team will reach back to me.

Within few minutes I got a call from Mr Sundeep Xavier and we discussed regarding my requirement

Sundeep was so humble that I didn't had to worry for anything.

Sundeep told me that I don't need to pay a single penny until I pick the car from Cochin Airport. I was amazed with this option.

Sundeep also informed that the deposit amount will be refunded immediately after I handover the car....what else do you need? I was feeling like in cloud 9

So the deal was ON without paying a single rupee, it was all about 2 way trust factor, now Sundeep made sure that before I pick the car it is well serviced.

Before reaching to Cochin all the process work was done online through watsapp.. submitted the DL and other docs etc which saved lot of my time during trip.

Now I discussed with Sundeep that I would opt car for 6 days and based on that he provided me best price but later on I made sm changes in plan and informed him that I will use it for 5 days for which he agreed without any issues. Now the catch here was that you will get 100kms per day and my estimated kms were around 550 hence as per 5 days it will be 500kms and extra you will have to pay as per per/kms charges. But as I said Sundeep was so good in customer satisfaction that he offered me 125kms per day....extra 25kms per day as complementary 😉 which make my driving range in 5 days for 625kms which is more than 6 days which I was planning before.

Whenever or whatever help or questions I had Sundeep was there to attend it...if in case he miss my call then he made sure to call me back....such was his service 🙏

I was suppose to handover the car on 5th day during evening time but due to changes in my plan I informed him to pick the car on 6th day early morning for which he agreed. Only thing was that I don't use the car after 12pm midnight. So the point here is that customer was very happy and relaxed 😎

Won't say this as Cons but observation:

Car was driven 50k +kms but was so smooth that I am love with Nissan Micra Automatic

We drove the car for 534kms but did not felt any stress throughout the drive.
Only felt that the steering was not holding the grip in potholes

We rented a Ford EcoSport for 7 days from here. The car was in perfect condition and drove well throughout our trip. My overall experience with their service is great. The booking process on the website was extremely smooth, and their team is transparent with its rates, security deposit and renting policies. While booking the car, we had opted for pick and drop from the airport which is an extra fee. Shout out to Mr. Anwar Sadath for being highly accommodating for our pick and drop from the airport, helping us with all the renting formalities and in answering all our queries. I would highly recommend using their service if planning to self-drive through Kerela.

Had booked a Toyota Innova Hycross. Clean, well maintained vehicle ( < 6k on the odo). A superlative experience - right from booking (was offered a brand new vehicle when I requested one). The pickup and drop off experience was good too; except for a minor snafu during pickup at Kochi airport. A special note of appreciation to Rashmi for providing regular updates and for being focused on the consumer experience throughout. Kudos to you !!!. You are a credit to your organization.

While booking no option was left as it was peak season so got Nissan Micra AT

Pros:
1. Car was run more than 55200 km, but did performed descent for 9 days
Next time would prefer some car with more power
2. Nominal booking amount of 1000
3. Competitive pricing as compared to service they give
4. Timely anywhere and anytime pickup and delivery
5. Proper documentation
6. Security Deposit of 5k was returned next day as promised.

Cons:
1. Car didn't have reverse sensor or camera (I think this should have been informed if you have different varaint which doesn't have this feature)
2. Car has few dents, bruises and black patches. It would be great if that's repaired

Will definitely recommend Tranz car and next time will book car with more enquiries

I had an excellent day using TranzCars. I had read a lot of unsettling remarks about other operators. I paid a small fee for Airport Pick N Drop service ( you can save the time) , and the entire process was straightforward. I also received my deposit's reimbursement the following day, which I thought was fantastic. The person, who dropped off the car, was also very helpful and supplied all the pertinent information. I had interacted with Akhil for the booking.

I am an NRI and finding a car rental service in Kochi is extremely hard from my experience. Usually I had faced issues with the car or the service provided by car rental companies. But finally I found an excellent car rental with Tranz Cars.

I booked a Suzuki Celerio for 3 days for a small trip and they delivered what was promised. Even though the vehicle had 72,000+ KM on it, it was running really smooth just like a new car and well maintained. Although there are small external body damages (Not seen much cars in Kochi without one), the interior was cleaned and sanitized very well.

I only encountered a small problem with FasTag at the start of my trip where it was not getting read at the toll plaza. But Mr. Shamir was able to get it resolved soon as possible so I was happy. Got the deposit back the very next day. Best part I found is that the customer service itself. All information was provided, professional attitude, ability to directly reach them in case of any issues and willingness to help.

Overall, well maintained cars, excellent customer service and really Affordable. Really looking forward to avail Tranz Car service again the next time I will be in Kochi.

I had a wonderful seamless and hassle free experience with Tranzcars, I rented car for 12 days to go through out Kerala from kochi to trivandrum. They upgraded my car at no extra cost as the car I was on maintenance, very good condition car and didn't face any issues....the transfer charges is also the least among the rent a car service providers and return process is also hassle free....Always reachable on call and msgs, what I found surprising was the team reached out to me for refund and no deductions whatsoever....I am very impressed and recommend everyone to use their service.
