Sitara Luxury Hotel Ramoji Film City

Staying inside the Ramoji Film City itself gives a different feeling and the warm welcome to the Sitara Hotel adds to feeling great.
Rooms are nicely maintained. Good food. Staff are courteous and helpful. They helped me a lot in arranging local Film City tour which was not planned earlier. I was especially impressed by the efficiency of Ms. Bharti, who shorted out all the issues quite smoothly.

This was my first time visiting ramoji and my wife and I decided to stay here for one night. The price of the stay includes tickets for the studio tour, dinner for two and a breakfast buffet as well. So all in all it covers for the expensive pricing per night here.
The service is very good and there is also a restaurant downstairs that has good food.
The rooms are clean and the water pressure is amazing in the bathrooms, you get real hot showers here.
The hotel staff arranges for a car to take you to Eureka where you would board the studio tour buses.

I recently had a delightful stay at Sitara Luxury hotel. The impeccable service and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. They have well explained and guided me with Ramoji film city tour as well.

The place was extremely quiet... the hotel staff explained that new hotels have opened in the main city centre of Hyderabad... so giving them stiff competition.

The service we received was amazing from start to finish at every moment. The smiles, the warm welcome.

Our best experience was in the restaurant. The food was quite good, lets say 7/10. However, the service was flawless. However, this is also mainly due to us being almost the only peopple waited upon since the hotel was a ghost town. In any case, we were made to feel very welcome and all the waiters / waitresses were very considerate and alert to our needs.

The swimming pool area was fantastic to look at.

Another highlight was the view of Ramoji Film Studio from our room on the 5th floor.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in style and enjoy their experience at the film studios.

The stay at Sitara was great. I have opted for one of the Theme rooms, which added to our whole experience. The quality and service is topnotch as expected. The receptionist Miss Bhumi was very helpful in planning our days during our stay. Entire staff was very polite and were ensuring our comfort as customers at all times.

It's a nice luxury hotel with neat rooms and ambience. The hotel service and hospitality is good. Film city tour explanation and guidance by bharathi is exceptional. Galaxy restaurant ambience, serving is excellent and they ensured top notch customer satisfaction. Overall it is a very good experience😊.

It was a wonderful time at Sitara. I chose to stay in a themed room, which enhanced our entire experience. As anticipated, the quality and service are excellent. Miss Bhumi, the receptionist, was a huge help in organizing our days while we were there. The entire crew was incredibly courteous and always made sure we were comfortable as clients.

The staff is very professionally trained very hospitable and service with a smile. Ms Bharti took care of our entire group very well. Food at all venues was tasty. Great keep it up.

Stay in Sitara hotel was amazing. You get the warmth and good hospitality and beautiful ambience with lot of amenities. The view from hotel of Ramoji film city is beautiful. Ms. Bhumi made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. She is so welcoming and welcome the guest with her lovely smile.

Luxury hotel with amazing service be it house keeping or the hotel customer service staff or the restaurant all are very polite and professional. The hotel package include the day trip to Ramoji Film City also. The rooms are big and spacious equipped with all the amenities.

Excellent hospitality..good ambience.. Location is little bit in isolation..daily requirements needs to procure from 3/4 km distance .. otherwise staffs are very much co operative and amicable special to mention Ms Bharti..for her help and support..Thanks for your wonderful service..

Really a must visit place with family and friends . I went with my family for 3 day stay .
Their service is very good.
Especially Mrs.Vijaya Bharathi 🥰arranged our tour on time,provided vehicle timely,and her welcome is humble.
Room service is Excellent, swimming pool maintenance upto the mark and food is tasty too. I mainly loved their health drinks like apple cinedar juice,detox water ,etc provided healthy food during our stay🙂

Excellent package overall. I would particularly mention the efficient handling by Bharati, who was personally taking interest in taking care of the guests during the tour of the film city.

Fantastic gateway for family fun and frolic...butterfly park, bird zoo and many more activities... beautiful place for holidays, destination weddings, corporate events and meetings.
