Please don’t waste your money here. I have ordered bouquet from here twice but the flowers arrived wilted and droopy. A total waste of time and money. I tried reaching customer service and they didn’t reply. Their gifts are embarrassing, not worth sending to anyone.

One of the worst service ever. How can you spoil a childs first birthday. After I got a confirmation. From you guys almost 10 times. And then there was no update at all. Only when I checked the status I got to know it is put on hold. There was no communication or update. This is highly unprofessional. Worst service ever.

worst worst worst totally fake fnp, my finance bday was on 2nd August ,he is in Canada, they ask me to pay before 10 days i paid 7k via upi.
but they did not deliver on the bday, I request a lot but no one is listening, everyone was doing false promises they stolen my money when i ask for refund again they not responding
don't get into trap poor service poor staff ....
I am sure about not choosing ferns and petals now on. Instead i would recommend people to contact good bakery of the particular country, they took my payment online UPI

I ordered a photo cake, LED cushion and cookies. Instead of making the photo on cake they simply printed on a sheet of normal paper and pasted it on a bad tasting cake.
Instead of LED cushion they gave me a plane without any lights small cushion.
Instead of cookies they sent me snickers.
And after back to back 3 blunders, their customer service doesn't even care to respond to my 100s of calls and queries i have raised.
I am sure about not choosing ferns and petals now on. Instead i would recommend people to contact good bakery of the particular city and talk to them via phone and transfer money via online payment systems UPI and Net banking. Atleast the ones you are sending gifts will be purely satisfied and contented with good quality of cake and stuff.

Pathetic experience with fnp. They have delivered wrong and defective product. Even after raising a complaint there was no action taken and the ticket has been closed without any resolution. I have been continuously contacting customer service but no response. My money and time has been wasted with them. Please do not order anything from ferns and petals as if they deliver wrong product there won't b any rectification and money will be wasted.

On 16th August, I ordered a 1kg cake (chocolate brownie). Firstly, it wasn't delivered in the given time slot (8am-2pm). They delivered it after 5pm. When I opened the box, the cake wasn't the one that I ordered. It was some other chocolate cake. Moreover the cake was just 700gm. When I called the shop, they said they'll deliver another cake by 7pm. Again, the cake came after 7pm and the cake wasn't even same as the first one. Totally different. When I complained again, they said they'll send a box of chocolates as a compensation. Till date it hasn't been sent and when I called them up, they said now they can't send those chocolates but they'll give me 20% discount on my next order. Dear Ferns and Petals, if you're reading this, we are never going to order again from you. Such a lazy and careless management and attitude. I've told all my family and friends to never order from your shop. Also if there was an option, I would have given a star in minus.

The cake which was delivered to my sister was rotten, with bad pungent taste, she is vomiting since morning as they just tasted the cake and all thrown it away. Pathetic, sub standard and filthy products you deliver just for few commissions.
